They are self-tracking, so the product stays on the conveyor bed following the twist and turn of the conveyor path without using engineered curves.
Adjustable in height via adjustable locking knobs to raise or lower conveyor height, they have heavy-duty square tubing legs for longer service life.
The aluminium alloy construction, wide ribbed design side plates provide added durability and the units are securely assembled with bolts and locknuts.
Structural steel channel supports span the entire conveyor width for unequalled strength.
The swivel castors roll easily, and the castor brakes lock wheels while the conveyor is in use.

Rubber-coated pads ensure good grip and avoid marking the workpiece. Transport handles make positioning the lifting clamp easier.
Clamping is proportional to the load – limiting the risk of damage to the product.

Parts Trays and Shelving Kits
7th March, 2019 | by John BrittainOur Parts Trays and Shelving Kits provide high-density storage of small to medium size parts. They have large flat front faces for fitting adhesive labels, which allows for easy identification of stock. Each tray is durable and a wide range of compartment sizes can be achieved by adding extra dividers that lock into the divider slot with locking tabs. The rear up-stand allows the container to hang off the front edge of the shelf above for single-handed picking of parts or viewing the contents.
The entire range consists of seven sizes with five models 415 mm deep. These sizes suit our 900 mm x 400 mm panel shelving. Some dividers are supplied with the trays with additional dividers ordered separately. These trays also complement our heavy-duty industrial cupboards.
There are also two open front picking bins that fit our panel shelving.
There are also five shelving kits complete with these parts trays available and 2 shelving kits without trays for other storage purposes. They are 900 x 2175 x 400 mm (W x H x D). Open front bins also have five shelving kits available. They use the same panel shelving as the parts trays.

Lifting Cages – Goods
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur wide range of Crane Goods Cages are designed to safely store or transport loose items or palletised goods via a crane or forklift. Fitted with four-point crane lugs, the cages are certified to relevant safety standards and provide a great overhead lifting solution.
Available in a number of models (as outlined further below), all Crane Goods Cages feature a front opening gate, for easy loading and unloading requirements, and can be stacked (3 cages high when empty) for convenience and storage. The MCSPN range can be integrated with an optional lifting frame (code: MCSPN-CL).
All cages are of decent pallet size and bear extensive Working Load Limits. They are supplied as a standard flat-pack but can come assembled upon customer request.

Drum Lifting Rotators – Adjustable
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Adjustable Drum Rotators utilise a patented variable band to lift and rotate drums ranging in size, from 50 to 220 litres. Completing any drum handling system, this device can be used on steel, plastic or fibre drums. The universal band easily adjusts to fit a variety of drum sizes. Another layer of protection is also added through an intelligent rim-locking feature, which prevents the drum from slipping while it’s being decanted.
Overhead and Adjustable Drum Rotators feature a Working Load Limit capacity of up to 350 kg. The drum rotator attaches with a ratchet and polyester strap. Its unique functionality and adjustment system suits almost any drum, allowing it to lift and rotate as required. The device is compatible with both overhead cranes and forklifts. Additionally and for zoned locations, a stainless steel model can be ATEX certified.
