Plastic Pallets

Factors such as hygiene and waste management are extremely important. These pallets are 100% recycable & can be hot washed, steam cleaned or chemically sterilised. They also have a very high chemical resistance, particularly to acids and alkalis.
Compared to timber pallets, they have a longer life span, are less prone to product damage, are more workplace health & safety compatible, are lighter in weight & have consistent dimensions. They are readily accepted in food production areas, as there are no nails, splinters or rust.
Because of the light weight of plastic pallets, operators can pick them up and move them instead of waiting around for a forklift as is the case of hardwood timber pallets.
Whilst timber pallets will be around for a long time the plastic alternatives are becoming increasingly more attractive.

Pallet Bin Folding OZBIN

It is a completely collapsible unit that is lightweight and easy to use. Overall the bin weighs no more than 50 kg and features the ability to be stacked (on top of one another).
Known as the OZBIN, it is available in either a solid or ventilated design. Its plastic construction ensures it is easy to clean, with rounded rims and corners for easy access. The Folding Pallet Bin also has two access doors. It can be collapsed or constructed according to your particular storage requirement.
The OZBIN has a volume capacity of 750 litres. Optional drop-on lids and vented sides are available.
