Electric MechLift is ergonomically designed with moment-absorption and a step less frequency-controlled lifting speed by means of a joystick, for loads up to 650 kg.
Pneumatic MechLift is ergonomically designed with moment-absorption and pneumatically driven for loads up to 100 kg. Pneumatic MechLift is delivered outbalanced for a range of various loads, or with balancing function for one or more permanent loads. Both the electric and pneumatic lifters can be equipped with standard or custom-made gripper tools, and with Power Drive for precision controlled sideways motions
MechLift is designed with telescoping aluminium profiles that are anodised and completely maintenance free. The motor and gear units are well protected and mounted in the upper part of the outer profile. The protected lifting chain is accessible for easy inspection. MechLift can be delivered in many different designs; with various suspensions, dimensions and control units.
Typical applications for electric MechLift are for example handling of cable reels, carpet rolls, tanks, doors, windows, and various vehicle parts such as engines, gearboxes, shafts, and many more. It can also be used in holding assembly tools, such as large format screwdrivers.

Drum Lifter Rotator Forklift Mounted

An operator requires minimal effort, as the drum is fully controlled by the forklift during its operation. A robustly-constructed device, our Forklift Drum Rotators feature large ‘worm-drive’ gearboxes, which provide automatic braking during rotation. If a worker stops using, turning the handle or pulling the hand chain, the drum will lock into position. This unique mechanism prevents dangerous and uncontrolled movements, unlike other cheaper drum rotators, which are known to put users at risk.
The drum rotators are available in two models:
- Model DDRNH – (with handle) is suitable for drum rotation when raised up to chest height. The rotation is carried out via a fitted hand wheel.
- Model DDRNC – (with chain) is suitable for drum rotation up to 3 metres above ground. The rotation is carried out using a hand chain – similar to a roller door mechanism.

It is safe, easy to use and provides a great solution for pallet handling applications. This lifter makes it easy to load and unload pallets, with a pallet truck, and it’s simple to operate via a hand held pendant or optionally by a guarded foot control.
The EZ-OFF Pallet Positioner is electro-hydraulically operated and is a convenient tool for workers who handle large loads on a regular basis. The lifting and revolving platform has a unique, feet-clear safety circuit that automatically stops the platform 230 mm above the floor to prevent foot injuries. The unit is also equipped with safety warning lights and an alarm that alerts the operator before it lowers from the intermediate safety stop.
These lifters feature a 1030 mm rotating disc that’s supported by 32 precision ball bearings. The hydraulic lift and lowering is powered by the positioners electric motor. The EZ-OFF Pallet Positioner has a lowered height of only 45 mm and capacity of 1140 kg.The MEZO25E, freestanding unit has a frontal fixed ramp position. The MEZO25ES has to be anchored to the floor & has 3 ramp positions, a frontal and two side approach ramps. One ramp is supplied & depending on your requirements, you can order additional ramps. This makes it incredibly easy for pallet trucks to access the platform.
Because you only need a pallet jack to load and there is no need for a pit to be provided, it makes the EZ-OFF an attractive pallet handling proposition.

Drum Tilting Stands
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaTilting Drum Stands are virtually self loading as drums can be loaded and transported by one operator, without touching the drum. This makes them easily accessible and mobile. Castors provide smooth movement and easy positioning of stands.
The telescopic handles offer excellent leverage to easily tilt drums back to the horizontal for transport or decanting. When stand is in the horizontal position, handles can be retracted. Plastic hand grips resist slipping when drums are being loaded or transported.
Zinc-plated finish offers excellent resistance to corrosion.
