Roll Handling Prongs Forklift Carriage Mount
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Carriage Mount Roll Prongs are suitable for rolls of carpet, cable, reels, coils, rolls, vinyl, fabric and other similar materials. Easily transporting heavy loads around the workplace, the roll prongs are available in 1200, 1800 and 2800 mm lengths.
The prong fastens to the forklift carriage to move the product with ease. Each model features a quick-release lower carriage for easy use and functionality.
The carriage mount version for semi-permanent connection is more manoeuvrable as it is shorter than our MRPS slip on version.
The capacity is 200 to 10,000 kg at 600 and 1400 mm load centres. Units are available for Class II, III and IV forklift carriages.

Tipping Bins Crane Lifting Bulk Waste

They feature the ability to carry large capacities up to 14 tonnes (Working Load Limit) and are extremely heavy-duty. Crane Bin Tippers are specifically built to handle bulk waste, like sand, gravel, excavation waste and scrap metal.
Known as a heavy load crane bin, these large containers are used with overhead cranes. When tipping to empty contents, the pivoting yoke locks flatly into place at the rear of the bin. When lifted, the bin hangs vertically and can empty its contents. To reset, lower the bin onto the ground and release the catch.
Our Bulk Waste Crane Bins are available in three different sizes with various maximum load capacities.

Quick-Lift Rail
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Quick-Lift Rail (QLR) unit is an intelligent lifting device for repetitive ergonomic handling. An impressive crane rail-mounted solution that can be fitted to a new or existing crane rail system to complete materials handling and heavy lifting actions.
The manoeuvre handle senses the up and down force from the operator. The lifting motion of the motor then reflects this force. Regardless of the load, only 20 grams of operating force is required to lift loads up to 600kg.
When the handle is released the load is in balance allowing the operator to use both hands to move the load freely, with minimal force. The handle is attached to the gripping device and is close to the load to increase operator feel and awareness.

They are self-tracking, so the product stays on the conveyor bed following the twist and turn of the conveyor path without using engineered curves.
Adjustable in height via adjustable locking knobs to raise or lower conveyor height, they have heavy-duty square tubing legs for longer service life.
The aluminium alloy construction, wide ribbed design side plates provide added durability and the units are securely assembled with bolts and locknuts.
Structural steel channel supports span the entire conveyor width for unequalled strength.
The swivel castors roll easily, and the castor brakes lock wheels while the conveyor is in use.

Ball Transfer Tables

They are primarily suited for moving steel plates, around guillotines and presses, multi-directional transfers of products between conveyors and handling components in tote boxes around machines.

Handrails Ball Fence

It allows people to access pathways safely while also safeguarding building assets or valuable equipment.
The Ball Fence Handrail Systems comply with relevant Australian Standards (like AS1657:2013) and is the perfect choice for safety. It is suited for both internal and outdoor use. The post components add support and are modular. Barrier strength derives from the combination of the top rail (handrail – 42 mm OD pipe) and centre rail (knee rail – 33 mm OD pipe).
Ball Fence components are usually constructed on-site or delivered to the job site in parts for easy installation. Assembly is quick and easy and can be completed by anyone on site.
