Once the lid is removed operators have easy access to the contents of the drum.

Floor Bunding Drive-over

It is manufactured from high-density memory foam encased in a waterproof heavy-duty PVC cover. The triangular profile is 65 high x 200 mm wide. It is compressed as vehicles drive over the profile and it springs back to shape after pressure is removed.
Profiles are secured to the ground using an aluminium profile, floor fixings and adhesive.
Drive-Over Bunding is available in kit form – each kit containing the appropriate 200 x 65 mm profile, aluminium reinforcing bars, masonry anchors and adhesive.

As a barrier shield, they safeguard exposed PVC or thin-walled pipes, conduits, cables and other similar systems from possible potential damage. With a high-strength construction, they are easily retrofitted and attached to existing structures, walls or systems.
Available to suit two downpipe sizes – either 100 mm or 200 mm in diameter – the protectors are finished in a high-visibility, safety yellow, making them clearly noticeable to reversing vehicles or forklifts. Their galvanised steel finish provides a strong barrier and each shield is 900 mm in height. A 1000 mm high plastic roto-moulded unit for pipes up to 150 mm diameter is also available.

Trailer Unloading Conveyors Telescopic

It is an inclined belt conveyor with a manually adjustable extending ‘tongue’ that delivers packages into or out of the truck trailer.
The device is easy to use, low in maintenance and can connect to Bestflex Gravity Skate Wheel or Powerflex Powered Roller conveyors for continuous and productive conveying.
The chassis is mounted on large diameter swivel castors making it easy to be manually pushed into position.
Additional gravity skates or powered roller extensions at the load and unload ends of the systems help to support containers and trucks (20′ and 40′ deep).
The powered rollers are driven by 240VAC 50Hz 0.7kW power supply. Conveyor belt speed 22 metres per minute. Load capacity 40kg per metre.
The height of the conveyor belt boom can be adjusted using the hydraulic height adjustment.
Forward, reverse and stop controls are located on both sides of the in-feed boom.
