Lifting Beams – Adjustable

+ Add to Quote Request

Our Lifting Beams support heavy loads during overhead lifting applications. Thanks to their versatility and various lifting points, an operator can choose to either lift as a lifting beam or spreader beam. These alternative configurations allow various functionalities. That is, when using the centre hook point as a lifting beam, the beam has a lower headroom. When using as a spreader beam via the end hooks and a chain sling, the beam has a larger lifting capacity.

These devices are multi-tasking with use for crane and overhead lifting. Constructed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, Lifting Beams are available in either a light model (LCEL2439), medium model (LCEM2439) or heavy model (LCEH2439). All units feature load connection points are adjustable to three positions.

Additional Information

Our Lifting Beams are a versatile solution for overhead handling!

These flexible lifting devices can either be used as a Lifting Beam or Spreader Beam. When used as a Lifting Beam, the load is supported by the centre hook point. This mode is ideal for lighter and shorter lifts that don’t require a lot of headroom. When used as a Spreader Beam, the load is supported by two end hooks and a 2 leg chain sling. This option evenly distributes the weight across the beam, making it ideal for very wide or heavy-duty loads.

Standard Features:

  • Multi-tasking; can be used as either a Lifting Beam or Spreader Beam.
  • Lifting Beam utilises the centre hook point.
  • Spreader Beam uses the end hooks with a 2 leg chain sling.
  • Supplied with retaining saddle brackets for storage on truck trays.
  • Load connection points are adjustable to 3 positions.
  • Safety pins used to securely lock extendable arms in position.
  • Light & medium models are fitted with 2 safety swivel hooks.
  • Certified in accordance with Australian Standards.
  • Zinc-finish on extendable arms with enamel paint finish on the main body.
