Wheelie Bin Rotator Base
26th September, 2018 | by materialshandlingThe MW660RB Wheelie Bin Rotator Base is a robust metal attachment that allows complete rotation of a bin when a forklift is fitted with a 180o or 360o degree rotating attachment. When bolted to a 660-litre wheelie bin it can be rotated up to 360° degrees. This allows for efficient handling and emptying of bins.
The Base increases the overall functionality of industry-standard bins. In the workplace, it provides an alternative solution to waste management. The device allows heavy loads, up to 500 kg, to be emptied with ease. Each MW660RB unit features a zinc plated finish, with bolts and an optional tow hitch attachment.
Please note, wheels are not supplied as standard with base plates. They are removed from wheelie bins and refitted to the rotating base with supplied bolts. Bins (MW660B) and Bases (MW660RB) can be purchased separately or as an assembled unit (MW660PRB).

Lifting Hooks Coil Lift and Turn

They are fitted with a swivel shoe, that is locked during transportation and secured to allow for load progression and regular turning. Equipped with an operating handle, positioning is incredibly easy.
C-Hooks are great for lifting applications where a coil is to be turned from a horizontal to vertical position (and vice versa). Its working temperature ranges between -20° to +100°C and coils must be placed on shims first, for shoe positioning.

Parts Trays Schaefer RK

The rear up-stand allows the container to hang off the front edge of shelf above for single-handed picking of parts. The RK Storage Containers are designed to maximise the 995 shelf width of the Schaefer R3000 modular shelving. Six containers fit a 995mm wide shelf. They are also excellent for use on non-Schaefer shelving systems.
RK Storage Containers can be split into compartments with use of the divider:
– 6 comparment for the RK321
– 8 compartments for the RK421
– 10 compartments for the RK521
– 12 compartments for the RK621Dividers are not included with the bins, ordered separately.

Parts Trays and Carry Case

There are two widths 100 and 200mm and these are available in 300, 400 and 600mm depths (length). SPT012, SPT017, SPT024 and SPT025 supplied with 2 removable dividers. SPT027 and SPT028 supplied with 5 removable dividers. Simply position the dividers to suit your needs. Additional dividers are available.
The sturdy carry case is complete with two SPT012 (100 x 300) and one SPT024 (200 x 300) spare parts trays. The base is made from blue ABS plastic and the lid is clear polycarbonate. Easy grip handle and a simple to open and close lid. It is great for tradespeople, builders, etc. It has an internal dimension of 415w x 355d x 100h mm.

Concrete Kibble Washout Unit

By minimising concrete buildup, this EPA-friendly device helps to protect the environment while also extending the life of concrete equipment. Materials may be removed from the equipment and disposed of appropriately, making this a superb waste management and containment solution.
The elevated platform deck provides simple access to wash the interior of the kibble and a better vantage point for overseeing procedures. The tray collects wastewater and extra materials. Additionally, this fluid can be pumped into a filter machine or discharged into a washout pit for treatment.
Kibble Washout Units feature a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 5000 kg.
