Bollards Shock Absorbing

The Shock Absorbing Bollard has the ability to shift sideways if hit at or near ground level. If the impact is higher up the bollard, it can tilt up to 8 degrees at which point it locks up offering maximum protection. Alternatively, if the contact is of a deflection or glancing nature, the bollard is able to rotate through 360 degrees (in-ground model only).
The self-centred design means the bollards can take repeated impacts without incurring permanent damage. They simply absorb the impact and return to their original position.

Panel Trolleys Sheet Truck

Frames can be removed as needed based on load requirements. They can transport large, bulky sheet goods and hard-to-handle loads such as doors, lumber, sheet rock, tables, mattresses and cubicle walls.
The A Frame Panel Truck has a high-side inclined frame and side rail that hold sheet and panel loads firmly in place during transit.
Both trucks have built-in safety features including retainer clips that lock frames securely in place and prevent unintended removal. Four tie-down points, two on each side, help with load retention and holds sheet goods securely. The textured surface on the phenolic resin decks provide non-skid, safe transporting by reducing load slippage.

Available in multiple models – from fully-welded to mesh sides or collapsible – the caged platforms have been built in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, like AS 2359.1. They’re ideal for occasional usage, tasks of short duration and each safety cage can easily fit and lift two people.
Forklift Mounted Work Platforms should be used with appropriate safety harnesses that are suited to working at heights activities. All units are supplied with fork locking pins to safely secure the platform to the forklift and feature self-closing gates that open inward with a bow latch.

Safety Signal is more than a red/green light package! Our driver-targeted high intensity LED lights deliver the clearest message to both drivers and forklift operators. In order to ensure dock safety, it is necessary to communicate to the driver. The safety Signal is tied to the loading dock door or dock leveller with an electronic sensor. Each time they are operated, an ultra bright LED flashing light comes on, sending a signal to the driver that it is not safe to move. When the dock leveller/door is closed, Safety Signal switches to a green LED signal.

Drum Safety Vents and Bung Locks

Utilising the automatic pressure and vacuum relief, the valve provides emergency pressure venting in the event of a fire to avoid drum failure and catastrophic consequences.
All safety drum vents automatically relieve pressure between 30 to 55kPa (3 and 8 psi) and include a flame arrester to absorb and safely dissipate heat.
A valve within the vent is tested to allow 1 litre of water through a 9.5 mm (3/8 inch) pipe nipple in less than 6 seconds for vacuum relief during drum dispensing operations.
This permits smooth liquid flow and prevents the possible drum collapse and leakage. The vacuum relief is automatic on vertically-installed vents and manual on horizontally-installed vents.
