“The Game Changer” is equipped with two automatic pallet dispensers for non-stop cycle.
“The Game Changer” begins the pallet changing thanks to an operator that transport the load inside the automatic pallet inverter.
The operator activates the automatic pallet changer system via a push-button panel. Subsequently, the operator activates the upper platform through a push-button panel which blocks the product safely. At this point, is possible to activate the rotation of the load at 120°.
This operation is necessary for separating the old pallet from the product and facilitate the translation of the new pallet instead of the old one. You will end the operation by closing the upper platform and by rotating the load by 120° for returning into initial position.
For certain products such as bags, it is possible to replace the pallet without tipping the load by 120 °.

It’s the first automatic pallet inverter that does not require operators.
The pallet change operation begins initially by trasporting the load inside the machine. Immediately after, the operator activates the automatic pallet inverting system via a push-button panel which blocks the product safely.
Subsequently, the operator activates the rotation of the load at 120° and opens the upper platform. At this point, the operator activates the side shifting of the new pallet instead of the old pallet.
The pallet inverting operation ends with the closing pf the upper platform and the rotation of the load by 120°. For certain products such as bags, it is possible to replace the pallet without tipping the load by 120 °.
This pallet turner can handle products with a maximum weight of 1500 kg and a maximum height of 2000 mm.
The “Hands Free” differs from other types of pallet inverters because changes the pallet by shifting the load, withouth the need of operators.

Understanding the law
The Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (OHS Act) and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 (OHS Regulations) lay out the responsibilities of employers and employees to comply with all legal obligations to workplace safety.
Some of the minimum requirements for trolleys of all kinds to ensure safe use in the workspace, include:
- Height adjustable spring or scissor base.
- Projecting handles.
- Clear height limit for loads and contents.
- Visible labels regarding load ratings and maximum item numbers.
- Working castors and wheels.
- Low resistance bearings.
Additionally, trolleys–along with all equipment–should be subject to regular maintenance and inspection checks.
Damaged trolleys should always be replaced or repaired before being used.
Choosing the right folding trolley
To ensure the health and safety of your workers, make sure you choose the right trolley based on the following factors:
- The task at hand.
- The materials or contents being transported.
- The physical capability and characteristic of the user.
- The layout of your work site, factory or warehouse.
- The distance that needs to be travelled.
- Gradients (slopes) in the workplace.
- Floor surface types.
- Presence of stairs and/or hallways and archways.
- Load characteristics of the trolley such as size, shape, weight and centre of gravity.
- How much the trolley will be used.
Why is choosing the right trolley so important?

This assessment will include both an appraisal of the folding trolley or item in use and will include consultation with workers to ensure pre-existing physical and health conditions are known. Understanding the characteristics of your load
An essential part of understanding how to use your chosen folding trolley is knowing what sort of materials and loads can be safely transported using the trolley.

Pallet Wrapper Stack and Wrap

It is a combination lift table with a motorised turntable and combined with our Easy Wrapper Semi-Automatic Film Wrapper Mast.
