3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Tracker Access and Order Picker Platforms are an all-terrain, versatile mobile access platform ladder. With two large diameter wheels, these ladders move easily over sealed/unsealed surfaces and slopes, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
Featuring a tilt, steer and brake control it is fast and easy to move to the job. Release of the control automatically returns to the stationary mode where it is braked and totally stable. Fitting of the optional shelf places a toolbox or clipboard at the ideal working height. Tracker ladders are also ideal as a functional order and stock picker.

Order Picking and Access Platforms – Navigator

Featuring an ergonomic design, the ladders are operated by a control handle, which raises to easily steer the device, transport it to loading areas and reposition for access requirements. When released, the ladder returns to its automatic default position, with four feet floor contact for complete stability.
Their unique operation ensures that the ladders are easy and fast to move around. Each device is designed and tested, in accordance with Australian and New Zealand safety standards, to support a load rating of 150 kg. Fitted with four swivel castors, the Navigator Platforms handles tight spaces. Equipped with two handrails, operators can safely climb up and down the rungs. The platform ladder has no springs within its construction, so there are no risks of the ladder rocking or swaying. It has been designed to be one of the safest access systems on the market!

Lifting Cages – Brick Safety
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Safety Brick Cages are designed to safely lift, move and convey pallets of bricks or similar loose products to a work site or location via an overhead crane or forklift transportation. Suited particular for pallets of bricks or similar products, they feature a fully enclosed mesh panelling design made with a strong zinc finish. The cages are fitted with crane lugs for a 4-point lift or forklift pockets for easy relocation.
These cages make storing simple and organised. Signage panels are included on two opposite sides, as well as tine storage when not hoisting. Each unit can be supplied as a flat-pack or with on-site assembly as a fully welded construction.
Safety Brick Cages suit 1200 mm square pallets and up to 1500 mm or 1700 mm clear height.

Fitted with four-point crane lugs, the cages are certified to relevant safety standards and provide a great overhead lifting solution.
Available in a number of models (as outlined further below), all Crane Goods Cages feature a front opening gate, for easy loading and unloading requirements, and can be stacked (3 cages high when empty) for convenience and storage. The MCSPN range can be integrated with an optional lifting frame (code: MCSPN-CL).
All cages are of decent pallet size and bear extensive Working Load Limits. They are supplied as a standard flat-pack but can come assembled upon customer request.

The design is compact for lifting and handling in narrow aisles and confined spaces.
The crane is swivelled manually around the main shaft with precision bearings that make the rotation smooth and effortless.
All cranes are fitted with an anti-tipping system to ensure stability. The onboard battery pack operates the crane lifting and extension functions.
All models are equipped with a powered drive function (other than the JL150 – manually pushed).
