Winch Hand Operated

Mechanical components are enclosed for protection and the winches are finished in baked enamel. A rope to drum fixing clamp is provided but all winches are supplied without wire rope.
These winches comply with Australian Standards when fitted with approved wire rope and fittings. Some models are available in stainless steel construction.
The 545kg unit is also available in a noiseless version (Code LBHW125N).
A worm drive winch without brake is also available.

Conveyor – Expandable and Flexible
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaExtendaflex conveyors are mobile, flexible, extendable conveyors that can be easily arranged for moving goods in warehouse and storage applications as well as loading or unloading vehicles or shipping containers. Available with a choice of plastic or steel skate wheels or plastic tube rollers, all models are designed to ensure self-tracking of the cargo.
All conveyors extend to a maximum length of 7500mm with height adjustable legs. The leg sets are fitted with swivel castors for mobility and alternating castors are fitted with a foot locking brake. Each conveyor can be fitted with an optional joining link to connect to another Extendaflex. This allows you to connect multiple units together and create whatever length you require! It is also possible to fit a carton stop to prevent the product from rolling off the end. This carton stop folds away when not needed or when using a joining link.
Choose skate wheels for products with a smooth base or conveyor rollers for products with an irregular base. The standard models are supplied with a zinc-plated finish with the option to supply in stainless steel construction. All skate wheels and conveyor rollers are 50mm in diameter.
Extendaflex conveyors are made in Australia and assembled to meet your order. For this reason, it is possible for us to create custom lengths and widths without impacting the supply time.
The loading capacity of 5 leg units is 150 kg per metre, the 7 leg units are 200 kg per metre and the 8 leg units are 250 kg per metre.

Trailer Unloading Conveyors Telescopic

It is an inclined belt conveyor with a manually adjustable extending ‘tongue’ that delivers packages into or out of the truck trailer.
The device is easy to use, low in maintenance and can connect to Bestflex Gravity Skate Wheel or Powerflex Powered Roller conveyors for continuous and productive conveying.
The chassis is mounted on large diameter swivel castors making it easy to be manually pushed into position.
Additional gravity skates or powered roller extensions at the load and unload ends of the systems help to support containers and trucks (20′ and 40′ deep).
The powered rollers are driven by 240VAC 50Hz 0.7kW power supply. Conveyor belt speed 22 metres per minute. Load capacity 40kg per metre.
The height of the conveyor belt boom can be adjusted using the hydraulic height adjustment.
Forward, reverse and stop controls are located on both sides of the in-feed boom.

Often buildings can suffer repeated impacts when trucks reverse in loading bays. Over time these impacts can cause costly damages.
We have a steel-faced rubber dock bumper designed to protect buildings where bumpers are required under normal conditions.
They provide three roles:
- Absorb the shock when vehicles arrive at dock with thick rubber
- Spread the pressure of the impact over a wider surface with its large steel surface
- Resist wear caused by the friction of the vehicle against the buffer as it moves up and down during loading/unloading.
Moreover, the solidity and size of our bumpers encourage drivers to adopt a lighter approach when reversing in the docks.

Pallet Racking Leg Guard Bull-Dog

Designed to be relocatable it can flat pack for easy transportation for various events. It can lock one wheel to the frame, and is only available in a hot dip galvanised finish.
