The iDimension PWD System is an expert pallet weighing and dimensioning system, providing shippers with the information they need to identify the correct freight class and size quickly. It also helps to reduce the risk of potential non-compliance fees carriers can expose.
The iDimension PWD features a straightforward operation that’s simple to use. It can be loaded with a forklift or side-loaded with a pallet jack and optional ramps. The system includes a 1.52 x 1.52 m, 2500 kg capacity floor scale with built-in forklift bumper guards, a weight indicator, a USB-connected touchscreen display and an overhead dimensioning system. It can measure pallets up to 1.82 m and package as small as 15.2 cm.

Bollards Retractable

The high strength bollard is manufactured from circular tube having a wall thickness of 5mm making it much stronger than similar square designs. Using the unique “T” handle key to access the internal locking mechanism, simply lower the bollard into the inground casing.

Allows for 130 degree rotation of a standard 205L (44 gallon) drum. The device is suitable for forklift or hand pallet trolley bin loading. The tipping action is operated by hydraulic lever adjacent to the tipping cradle. The Drum Tipper is supplied with complete side safety barriers and signage.
The onboard hydraulic power pack requires single phase 240V 2.2kw electrical power supply. Tipping height approximately 1000 mm above floor level with a 20 second full tipping cycle.
The cradle can be customised to suit any application or drum type on request. Stainless steel cradle available on request.

Materials Handling begins its next chapter with new GM, Gary Doherty

Gary Doherty, who has spent over 35-years in the materials handling industry, will head the company aiming to maintain the business’ high quality of products and safety solutions and continuous innovation in its industry.
With experience in sales and services, Doherty wants to create a safe, nourishing, and friendly work environment that filters through to the cliental the company assists. Diversifying the business’ strategies and prioritising safety, Doherty is ambitious when it comes to ‘working with ease’.
“I’m very excited to be undertaking the role of General Manager for Materials Handling Pty Ltd, especially during an interesting time of growth and change,” said Doherty.
“When it comes to working safely, my main priorities are to ensure our staff go home to their families in the same shape when they left. We want the same for our customers too. That’s why Materials Handling Pty Ltd is abreast of current safety guidelines, policies, and national standards.”
