Pallet Collator- Squarer
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaThe Pallet Collator or Straightener is used for squaring up stacks of standard square pallets. They save time and money by helping to straighten the stack and align pallets both front to back and side to side.
No electrical or hydraulic power is required. The stacks of pallets are simply driven between two wedged walls and the stack quickly self-aligns.
It’s a very basic operation, within a few seconds, the pallet stacks are perfectly aligned and ready to be accessed for easy storage or loading for transport. It suits both Chep or Loscam wooden pallets and can also be used for plastic pallets.

It is designed to act as a bridge between standard containers and ground level, ensuring easy access into a container. The steel finish and slope improves the ability to unload/load containers with ease.
Featuring a self-levelling lip, the ramp can bear maximum capacity even when on uneven ground. The ramp footing easily folds back over itself, to reveal forklift slippers allowing transportation of the ramp around a workplace. Hand grip loops are also provided for this purpose.

The remote power pack is equipped with a relief valve to protect against overload and a flow valve for controlling the lowering speed. It is supplied with a push-button control with up and down and emergency stop. A safety valve stops the lift table lowering in case of hose burst. The upper platform is fitted with a safety perimeter bar to stop the deck lowering unintentionally on contact with obstructions. Of course the table is fitted with mechanical chocks for safety during maintenance.Removable lifting points facilitate handling and installation of the lift table.
