Quick-Lift Rail
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Quick-Lift Rail (QLR) unit is an intelligent lifting device for repetitive ergonomic handling. An impressive crane rail-mounted solution that can be fitted to a new or existing crane rail system to complete materials handling and heavy lifting actions.
The manoeuvre handle senses the up and down force from the operator. The lifting motion of the motor then reflects this force. Regardless of the load, only 20 grams of operating force is required to lift loads up to 600kg.
When the handle is released the load is in balance allowing the operator to use both hands to move the load freely, with minimal force. The handle is attached to the gripping device and is close to the load to increase operator feel and awareness.

Tub Trolleys with Lifting Device (Spring Rising Base)

They are designed to remain at waist height to minimise bending and lifting. As such, personnel does not need to reach into the tub to access products. Tuff Tub Trolleys help to reduce associated injuries from manual handling, stretching or straining.
The Bin Trolleys feature a cutaway section in the bin, as shown in the example pictures. This highlights the scissor lift spring mechanism that is used to raise the inside platform of the bin. Additionally, the zinc-plated base offers a range of spring tension loads. By incorporating this lifting mechanism into the trolley design, workers can access goods more simply and comfortably. The design also lessens user fatigue due to ease of movement.

Bike Racks

The surface mount rack has a 6mm thick fully welded base flange. The below ground rack has welded starter bars for concrete footing installation.
There are also the Schoolies Racks available that can accommodate 8 bikes of varying sizes for casual bike storage. They are manufactured from mild steel and hot dip galvanised. Designed to be relocatable it can flat pack for easy transportation for various events. It can lock one wheel to the frame, and is only available in a hot dip galvanised finish.
Our Wall Mounted Racks are sturdy one piece, mild steel and hot dip galvanised bike rack, designed to be to accommodate 1 full size bicycle with the ability to lock one wheel and the frame for total security. The bike is suspended on plastic coated prongs to protect the rims from possible damage. Can be used indoors or out. Available in galvanised or galvanised with black powder coating.

Ball Transfer Tables

Lifting Device (Spring Rising Base) Backsaver
