Drums Steel 205 Litre (44 gallon drum)
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur 205 litre steel drums (44 gallon drum) are available in either painted steel or stainless steel grades 304 and 316. Choose from:
- Closed head or open head, and;
- Without the lid or with a removable lid and locking ring.
The standard 44 gallon drum supply is white in colour however, black is also available pending stock availability.
Dangerous Goods (DG) approved drums are available on request. Closed head drums have 3/4″ (20mm) & 2″ (50mm) BSP outlets. The measurements of a standard drum are 580 mm in diameter and 875 mm high. The empty drum mass is 20 kg.

Steel drums are priced per unit, and the minimum order quantity is a pallet of four drums for steel and a pallet of one drum for stainless drums -

Drum Crusher (205 litre)
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Drum Crushers are robustly built machines with a lot of safety features. They crush steel drums quickly and easily and are ideal for capacities up to 205 litres. These devices have drum piercing spikes as well as a 30-litre oil retention tank to catch any leftovers.
The sole purpose of our Drum Crushers is to dispose of damaged or unwanted 205-litre drums and save on space, transport and handling, whilst enabling easy recycling. Insert the drum, close the interlocking door and press the button for automatic compaction. The unit will reduce a 205-litre drum to a 75 mm high disc in less than a minute.
This crusher has a high compaction force ratio and a totally enclosed chamber ensuring a high level of safety. It is simple to operate, low maintenance and has an ergonomic design.

Drum Mixer Roller
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Drum Roller Mixer (also known as a Drum Rotator) is suitable for mixing and blending liquids, slurries, powders, granules, ball milling and coating in 205 litres (44 gallons) drums. It rotates the steel drums at approximately 44 rpm. With a smooth rolling action, this device effectively mixing the contents inside a drum.
The idler rollers are adjustable to accept smaller drums and the drum roller is fitted with an end safety roller. They are supplied with 0.37 kW motors in either single or three-phase supply. Optionally available in flameproof versions (Ex d IIB T4 IEC Ex CE II2G). Drum not included.

Allows for 130 degree rotation of a standard 205L (44 gallon) drum. The device is suitable for forklift or hand pallet trolley bin loading. The tipping action is operated by hydraulic lever adjacent to the tipping cradle. The Drum Tipper is supplied with complete side safety barriers and signage.
The onboard hydraulic power pack requires single phase 240V 2.2kw electrical power supply. Tipping height approximately 1000 mm above floor level with a 20 second full tipping cycle.
The cradle can be customised to suit any application or drum type on request. Stainless steel cradle available on request.

Oil Pump Battery Operated

The BOP pump functionality is enhanced to handle multiple fluid types.
Suitable for use with engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil (up to SAE140 viscosity), automatic transmission fluid (ATF), and engine coolant. There is now a specific model suitable for all those fluids, but also suitable for use with DEF / Urea.
The pump head is modular. If you need multiple stems to remain in different drums, you can order one or more STEM kits and use them together with one power head.
The suction tube is available to suit 20L drums, or an adjustable length tube that can suit drums from 60L up to 205L (44 gallon).
