Operating entirely pneumatically, this device is perfect in small areas and booths where the distance between the object and the wall is small. With the LIFT-MAN, you go up and so do your operations, improving productivity and increasing workplace safety.
This device is designed to assist operators in access to their workpieces inside a spray booth. The device is operated entirely from compressed air. The mobile access platform, with self-centring steering and driving function, is independent of the platform up/down function. The LIFT-MAN™ inhabits a small working space, so it is compact and easy to manoeuvre. The control panel and air supply points are incorporated inside the basket of the operator. We supply and deliver these units fully assembled and ready for use.

Manufactured from polyethylene, they are clean, lightweight and durable.
The 700-litre Tall Boy laundry trolleys can be ordered with or without removable shelves.
The clean linen trolley has 2 fixed and 2 swivel total brake castors.
The trolleys can be fitted with an optional tow hitch so they can be towed by our electric tugs. Provision can be made for towing multiple units.

Forklift Jibs – Angle Adjustable Long

The Long Tilt Jibs instantly convert a forklift into a small crane that’s ideal for handling delicate or irregularly shaped goods, general maintenance and most lifting tasks. The shackle is quickly moved into one of the lifting positions and the attachment is held onto a Forklift via a safety chain. These devices carry their own rating plates, so they can be used by virtually any lift truck.
These jibs come in a zinc plated finish. Two models are available – MTJL25 and MTJL50 – with both units varying in Safe Working Load limits.

Height Bars

The Height Bars are available in three standard lengths: 2, 3 or 6 metres and come with suspension chain and hanger assemblies.
Powder coated safety yellow with reflected diagonal stripes, they carry the text “LOW CLEARANCE” with the specified height in black letters on a white background. (Please specify)
Use height bars at locations where vehicles first enter an undercover area or encounter an overhead obstruction, where the clearance in either case is;
(i) 3 metres or less if only cars or light vans are likely to use the facility or
(ii) 4.6 metres or less in all other areas. -

Our Pallet Trucks are supplied with a heavy-duty powder coat finish and fitted with polyurethane wheels for smooth handling on concrete surfaces. The front load rollers are a single wheel to easily roll over the bottom board of standard Chep, Loscam and other Australian-style pallets. They also feature an ergonomic handle for comfortable operation.
The standard model, which is found in most Australian applications, is commonly 685 mm wide with 1150 mm long forks. However, for those using EURO pallets or skids, we have the 450 or 520 mm narrow models available. Food grade applications, cold and freezer storage will find the galvanised and stainless options helpful.

Fork Spreader with Load Guard

With an incorporated load guard for added protection, it flexibly moves heavy loads without damaging products. The load is evenly distributed over the spreader and the attachment quickly connects for fast and efficient use. This production is perfectly suited to moving and transporting items like plasterboards, roof sheeting, timber, plastic tubing and similar materials.
When connecting to the forklift, the Fork Spreader slips on by placing the fork tynes into the attachment’s fork pockets. The spreader is then further secured with a safety chain. Additionally, the Fork Spreader boasts an incredible Working Load Limit (WLL) of 3000 kg and is finished in enamel paint.
For easy shipping, the unit is supplied as a flat-pack for onsite assembly. As such, the load guard requires bolt-on fixings to the beam and all components are included.
