Each container has a corrugated base to simplify picking and sorting through the smallest of parts. The bin is also designed with a full-width label and a fully protective shield. Grey epoxy enamelled steel frames exist in two different sizes, with a depth 300 or 400 mm.
The cabinets can be piled vertically or hung on walls. Available colours include red, blue, green and clear and each cabinet is constructed from clear polystyrene. Other accessories that we have on offer include dividers and retaining bars.
Some models are available in anti-static models and are primarily suited for electronic industries.

Antistatic Bonding Wires

This product aims to dissipate any electricity that can be generated when transferring flammable liquids.
During waste collection operations, use one antistatic wire to bond from a safety container to a receiving vessel such as a funnel, then properly ground by attaching a second antistatic wire to the drum and then to the earth ground.
Standard wire lengths are 1 and 3 metres. For longer reach, use several wires with 6-mm terminal ends.

Pallet Inverter Stationary Automatic

“The Game Changer” is equipped with two automatic pallet dispensers for non-stop cycle.
“The Game Changer” begins the pallet changing thanks to an operator that transport the load inside the automatic pallet inverter.
The operator activates the automatic pallet changer system via a push-button panel. Subsequently, the operator activates the upper platform through a push-button panel which blocks the product safely. At this point, is possible to activate the rotation of the load at 120°.
This operation is necessary for separating the old pallet from the product and facilitate the translation of the new pallet instead of the old one. You will end the operation by closing the upper platform and by rotating the load by 120° for returning into initial position.
For certain products such as bags, it is possible to replace the pallet without tipping the load by 120 °.

Pallet Inverter Stationary Hands-Free

It’s the first automatic pallet inverter that does not require operators.
The pallet change operation begins initially by trasporting the load inside the machine. Immediately after, the operator activates the automatic pallet inverting system via a push-button panel which blocks the product safely.
Subsequently, the operator activates the rotation of the load at 120° and opens the upper platform. At this point, the operator activates the side shifting of the new pallet instead of the old pallet.
The pallet inverting operation ends with the closing pf the upper platform and the rotation of the load by 120°. For certain products such as bags, it is possible to replace the pallet without tipping the load by 120 °.
This pallet turner can handle products with a maximum weight of 1500 kg and a maximum height of 2000 mm.
The “Hands Free” differs from other types of pallet inverters because changes the pallet by shifting the load, withouth the need of operators.
It is considered the fastest pallet inverter in the world, capable of handling up to 50 pallets per hour. Our stationary pallet inverters are available in the manual version, with a button panel, or in the automatic version with PLC.

Baby change table height adjustable

An infant change mat is fitted to a sturdy platform for changing nappies on babies and infants. The height-adjustable mechanism is silent and smooth so it will not upset the infant. A push-button control is placed on a pendant cable for the operator to adjust the height to suit their preference. The change table is easily moved on swivel castors and can be fixed into position when in operation.
Made in Australia with a stainless steel top platform for ease of cleaning.
