Winch Electric AC – Planetary Gears

Each winch is supplied with push-button control on a 10m long cable. The pendant has a quick connect fitting, giving you the option of removing the controls to prevent unwanted operation.
Built with a precision planetary gear train, they feature quality roller bearings throughout, a high starting torque motor designed specifically for winch hauling and hoisting applications and a fail-safe disc brake (electromagnetic) to provide safe load control.
Engineered to comply with Australian Standards and supplied with thermal overload protection.
The wire ropes are fitted with a safety hook and all 240V single-phase models are fitted with a 3-pin plug.
Optional wireless remote control is available for all models.
Optional synthetic rope is available for all models.

These units are ideal for palletising and de-palletising jobs and easily allow the operators to adjust the height to their requirement.
A perimeter safety bar has been included and it runs along the perimeter underneath the deck this prevents the deck from lowering onto obstructions or personnel.

Lifting Cages – Goods

Fitted with four-point crane lugs, the cages are certified to relevant safety standards and provide a great overhead lifting solution.
Available in a number of models (as outlined further below), all Crane Goods Cages feature a front opening gate, for easy loading and unloading requirements, and can be stacked (3 cages high when empty) for convenience and storage. The MCSPN range can be integrated with an optional lifting frame (code: MCSPN-CL).
All cages are of decent pallet size and bear extensive Working Load Limits. They are supplied as a standard flat-pack but can come assembled upon customer request.
