The Heavy Duty Grab Drum Rotator is equipped with a self-contained battery/electric operated power pack that hydraulically grabs, lifts and rotated 205-litre drums. It completely eliminates any need to connect to the forklift hydraulic system and it ensures reliable and safe handling.

The device is controlled through a push-button control pendant that extends with a 4-metre long cable. Ultimately, this allows a forklift driver to work the attachment from their driver’s seat. The slip-on attachment allows for quick connection to a forklift and the unit handles a working load up to 1000 kg.

The Battery Drum Rotator safely handles drums with innovative controls!

This unit is so intuitive that it can easily lift a single drum from a pallet of four, without interfering with the other drums. Ideal for the safe transportation of drums around the worksite, it lifts loads weighing up to 1000 kg. When fitted with a hydraulic pack, there is no need to connect to the forklifts hydraulic system. Operation and tipping functionality is administered via the remote-controlled pendant.

Included as part of the Hydraulic Power Pack is the pendant that has a 50 m distance range, 12-Volt DC Hydraulic Pump, battery, battery charger and a robust cabinet box to protect all components. Safety has been incorporated into the overall design, with a two-button opening function and an emergency stop. A 180 AMP fuse protects the electrical circuit, while a secondary 10 AMP fuse aids the remote control system and solenoid coils.
