Electric Chain Hoists – Stainless Steel

The electric chain hoist has a corrosion-resistant design that is specifically designed for this application. All parts in contact with the chain (equipment such as chain wheel, load hook, screws) are made of corrosion-resistant material, and the load chain is made of stainless steel.

The hoist housing is E-coated, providing protection against mechanical stress, and has high UV resistance. For hygienic reasons, only lubricants that are compatible with foodstuffs are used in the gearbox and the load chain.

In the food sector, high demands are placed on electric chain hoists and cranes. The equipment must be protected against cleaning agents and meet strict hygiene requirements. Lifting equipment is often used in rooms with aggressive chemicals for cleaning.

Due to the design of the chain hoist to protection class IP65, it is impervious to dust and protected against water jets.
