Line Feed Trolleys

They have double-sided louvred panels to enable them directly hang our small parts storage containers or to work in conjunction with bench assembly equipment. Tandem line feeding trolleys are similar to the single (685w x 610d x 1450h mm) but double the width (1370w x 610d x 1450h mm) & double the storage space. Line feed trolleys are available with or without bins.
The single-width units accommodate up to 400kg & the double-width units can take up 800kg. They can hold up to 6 sizes of containers. Make sure you nominate the colours of the containers—Blue, Green, Red or Yellow.

Free Standing Racks
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaStandard models are infinitely flexible modular louvred panel racks with single or double-sided louvred panels to enable them directly suspend our small parts storage containers.
They solve a variety of storage problems and can also accommodate, cable spikes and other tool holders available on the market. There are mobile versions available, called Line Feed Trolleys. Models 1895 mm high and double-sided racks with louvre panels on both sides and they stand on steel gussets but have no base like the standard units.
The three rack models, single-sided, double-sided or economy are available with or without a range of bins. When ordering bins please advise colours Blue, Green, Red or Yellow.

Each container has a corrugated base to simplify picking and sorting through the smallest of parts. The bin is also designed with a full-width label and a fully protective shield. Grey epoxy enamelled steel frames exist in two different sizes, with a depth 300 or 400 mm.
The cabinets can be piled vertically or hung on walls. Available colours include red, blue, green and clear and each cabinet is constructed from clear polystyrene. Other accessories that we have on offer include dividers and retaining bars.
Some models are available in anti-static models and are primarily suited for electronic industries.

MechSpace is a pneumatic moment-absorbing lift with great manoeuvring capabilities providing an extensive range of movement within its large work area. The lifter is available in two sizes, for loads up to 70 kg or 150 kg, and is delivered outbalanced for a range of various loads, or with balancing function for one or more permanent loads. The lifter is usually mounted in a rail system, but is also available in a pillar-mounted version. The maximum lifting stroke is 1000 mm.
MechSpace is the obvious choice when the lifter’s reach is of great importance, for example when the operator is handling components under extruding machine roofing, inside vehicles or in areas difficult to access. It’s moment-absorbing capacity gives it advantages in complex handling manoeuvres, such as gripping and rotation of eccentric loads.
Typical applications for MechSpace is for example handling various vehicle parts such as doors, sunroofs, seats, windshields, hoods, and many more. It can also be used in holding assembly tools, such as large format screwdrivers.
