  Reduce harmful runoff with our Concrete Washout Filtration Unit. This system effectively controls and handles concrete wash water onsite to minimise the risk of pollution and hazardous materials. It allows concrete trucks to wash directly into the filtration bag and contain waste and excess materials.

  With a Filtration Bag made from 300gsm geotextile fabric, this system collects sand, gravel and concrete particles as fine as 80 microns. Excess water drains through the bag and is captured in the holding tank below. From here, the water can be tested and treated, making it a great de-watering station.

  Fitted with fork guides and crane lugs, the Filtration Unit can be easily located around a job site. It’s ideal for concrete slurry from trucks and equipment washout, concrete cutting, coring and grinding. As mentioned, it can be additionally used for pumping and filtering sediment from silt-laden water.

Placed under the trailer frame on a level and even grounding, they include a screw mechanism for height adjustment.   The Flex Impact Traffic Barrier Mini is the smallest and lightest size of traffic barrier impact protection in our series and is specifically designed for use with trolleys, carts and light wheeled objects that have a low impact risk. This barrier consists of a smaller, 125mm diameter, single tube low to the ground. And even though it is very lightweight, it holds well against any small rolling stock. These barriers are also available in our Flex Impact TB Mini Double that are similar in design to our TB Mini but with an additional tube for increased protection. The TB Mini Double is sufficiently strong enough to protect against light wheeled objects such as containers, pallet trucks and trolleys.   The Rigging Storage Cage is a secure storage unit that protects valuable items. Designed especially for rigging equipment, it suitably stores chains, slings, shackles, hooks and clamps. When these items are not in use, they can be hung up and out of the way. This protects them from potential hazards that may compromise the integrity of the lifting equipment.

  Each cage is fully enclosed with a sheet metal roof that ensures the safety of all items. They are fitted with 4-point crane lifting lugs and forklift pockets, which allows them to be transported to and from a worksite. The cage also has a lockable gate for restricted access and to provide extra security against theft.

  The MCNGC10 has a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 750 kg and is supplied with 20 hanging hooks.
