Conveyor Track – Gravity Wheel

The roller wheels are suitable for transporting small crates, boxes, cartons and tote containers. They can be used as part of storage systems, in packing stations, assembly areas, for machine feeding etc. They are also ideal as side guides on some conveyor applications.
The steel track is a folded 0.8mm zinc-plated steel profile and will not distort under load. The rollers are pitched (distance between shaft centres) at 28 mm as standard. It is possible to change the pitch of the rollers at any stage along the track, for example – pitch centre 42 or 56mm. The rollers are 25 mm diameter, polyethylene with a 3mm steel axle with a low rolling coefficient of friction and very quiet operation.

Material Lifters TORO
14th May, 2024 | by Matthew BrittainMaterial Lifters are designed to be operated by a single person. The compact design has a mast with telescopic aluminium profiles that are raised and lowered using a pulley and cable system.
The compact models have a 1.68m lowered height making them extremely compact for transport. The lightweight design is for easy handling and clear access through corridors and doorways. The lifter is portable and can be transported by van or truck tray.
When loading, simply fold the lifter and roll onto the vehicle using the transport wheels. The lifter is fitted with a manual hand winch with two handles and an automatic brake. The winch stops and locks the load at the desired height. When the winch handle is released, the automatic brake locks the load in place. The winch handles are removable for transport and storage.
The TORO Material Lifters have a special design that allows the legs to be inserted from the front or the rear of the chassis. This makes using it close to a wall or an obstruction possible. These support legs are fitted with height-adjustable wheels. Optional tray for counterbalance and counterweights are available.
Fast and easy set-up with no tools required for assembly. There are no loose parts, meaning no critical components can be left behind on the job site. The lifter is provided with magnetic locking pins to prevent misplacing them. 100% made in Spain these lifters are suitable for industrial and residential installations, both indoor and outdoor use.

Spill Kits Hydrocarbon
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaPrevent dangerous hydrocarbons (oils and fuels) from damaging the environment with our Hydrocarbon Spill Kits.
These on-site spill response solutions meet EPA requirements and are available in 120lt, 400lt and 770lt capacities. They will absorb all known oils, gasoline, diesel, avgas and solvents but not water. They will absorb oil and fuel from water surfaces and can absorb 20 times their weight in oil.
All are supplied in highly visible, durable mobile bins with a laminated instruction sheet, weather-resistant kit cap and wall locator sticker. Full or part refills are available for all kits.
The 400lt capacity kit is designed to handle spills from punctured 205 L drums. We also have a plastic polymer maintenance trolley to assist with these kits.
