Pallet Wrapper Stack and Wrap
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaStack and Wrap combination allows Semi-Automatic palletising and stretch wrapping at the same location. This is ideal where space is a premium. It is a combination lift table with a motorised turntable and combined with our Easy Wrapper Semi-Automatic Film Wrapper Mast. It enables pallets to be loaded layer by layer starting from the fully raised position.
Once the pallet is stacked and the lift table is in the fully lowered position the operator energises the turntable and can then wrap the load using the wrapper mast controls. It is a time saver and back saver as the adjustable table saves bending whilst loading. It has all the features of our Easy Wrapper.

Drum Spill Bins Galvanised

Manufactured from long-life steel with zinc coating, models are available to suit one, two, or four drums. Easily place the spill tray underneath the 205-litre drums for an efficient handling and storage solution.
Featuring close spacing of support bars, the bins accommodate large or small drums. Each unit has a huge capacity of up to 2000 kg Working Load Limit (WLL). A drain plug is fitted to allow the containment area to be safely drained of fluids. Four-way entry also allows for transportation via pallet jack or forklift.
Please keep in mind that our Spill Bins are not stackable when full, and drums are not included.

Work Platforms – Forklift Mounted

Available in multiple models – from fully-welded to mesh sides or collapsible – the caged platforms have been built in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, like AS 2359.1. They’re ideal for occasional usage, tasks of short duration and each safety cage can easily fit and lift two people.
Forklift Mounted Work Platforms should be used with appropriate safety harnesses that are suited to working at heights activities. All units are supplied with fork locking pins to safely secure the platform to the forklift and feature self-closing gates that open inward with a bow latch.

Drum Filling Funnels

The funnels are fitted with a cover that is activated by a fusible link. The hinged cover also reduces the spread of vapours.
Note: It is important to segregate incompatible wastes to avoid chemical reactions or explosions.
Store drums properly indoors, or in a weather-protected area outside. Funnels can be left in place on the drums.

Safety Dispensing Cans
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaSafety Cans for Storage and Dispensing of Flammable Liquids. Fire protective storage of flammable liquids in the workplace. Heavy-duty design with a double-seamed construction.
Designed with two openings and equipped with a flexible metal hose for smooth, accurate pouring into small apertures. The hose also provides a bonding path to a receiving vessel.
All models are equipped with a dual-density flame arrester, to stop flashback ignition. Flash Arrester stops a naked flame from entering the can during either filling or dispensing. The contents of the can are protected from fire as the flash arrester allows for the increased pressure to vent safely without causing an explosion.
