Drum Spill Bins Galvanised

Our range of DSL Galvanised Spill Bins provides complete protection against dangerous and costly chemical spills. Manufactured from long-life steel with zinc coating, models are available to suit one, two, or four drums. Easily place the spill tray underneath the 205-litre drums for an efficient handling and storage solution.

Featuring close spacing of support bars, the bins accommodate large or small drums. Each unit has a huge capacity of up to 2000 kg Working Load Limit (WLL). A drain plug is fitted to allow the containment area to be safely drained of fluids. Four-way entry also allows for transportation via pallet jack or forklift.

Please keep in mind that our Spill Bins are not stackable when full, and drums are not included.

Protect your workplace from costly chemical spills!

Chemical spills from leaking drums may be costly and ecologically hazardous, therefore the DSL Spill Bin series offers comprehensive protection. When the spill bin is full, the baffled containment area allows it to be securely relocated, reducing leakage. Three models are available to suit various storage and handling requirements. In each, a range of safety features is included to benefit workplaces.

For each model, a drain plug allows the confinement area to be easily emptied when full. An elevated base enables forklift or pallet trolley movement. The unit is made of steel with a galvanised finish, is non-flammable and has a long life expectancy. Spill capacity that exceeds Australian Standards for ‘portable’ units.

The DSLC4 Cargo Shield Spill Bin is equipped with a cargo shield and a safety chain for extra protection against expensive and ecologically destructive chemical spills from leaking drums. When the spill bin is full, the baffled containment area allows it to be securely relocated, reducing leakage. Up to four standard 205L drums can be stored and transported with the DSLC4. Additional protection is provided by a cargo shield and a safety chain.
