Steel drums are vulnerable to attack by harsh chemicals and plastic drums to mechanical damage. Leaks can result not only in lost contents but in wastewater, contaminated soil or air and possible fines.
Protect yourself from the high cost of spill cleanups and possible punitive fines. These pallets are designed to contain spills and minimise the potential for slips and falls, whilst providing a safe liquid dispensing station. They may also be used as a battery holding and top-up station. Always place drums on spill control pallets.

They can be used as an internal transportation system, storage area or a compact conveyor. The 2970mm long, galvanised steel track frame is punched at 55mm pitch and is 77mm (W) x 60mm (H). It supports the 50mm diameter steel or plastic conveyor rollers fitted with precision bearings.

Drum Spill Pallets and Enclosures

Of course, they can be used for a wide variety of other hazard liquid materials like lead-acid batteries etc. They have removable grates, for easy cleanup and are easily relocated when empty.
An optional ramp can be placed at any perimeter position to accommodate a drum trolley.

Winch Hand Operated

Mechanical components are enclosed for protection and the winches are finished in baked enamel. A rope to drum fixing clamp is provided but all winches are supplied without wire rope.
These winches comply with Australian Standards when fitted with approved wire rope and fittings. Some models are available in stainless steel construction.
The 545kg unit is also available in a noiseless version (Code LBHW125N).
A worm drive winch without brake is also available.

When selecting a roller conveyor it is recommended that a minimum of three rollers are supporting the footprint of the smallest product. This ensures goods can be transported with absolute ease. Load sizes will determine the roller pitch required for your gravity conveyor system by applying this rule. Customised conveyor systems are available upon request.
