There are three methods used for engaging drums:
D Series – Engage drums via a steel band around the centre of the drum
DG Series – Engage drums via vulcanised polyurethane grippers that clamp the drum from the sides
DR Series – Engage drums with a rim gripping clamp that locks onto the lip of the drum -

These devices have drum piercing spikes as well as a 30-litre oil retention tank to catch any leftovers.
The sole purpose of our Drum Crushers is to dispose of damaged or unwanted 205-litre drums and save on space, transport and handling, whilst enabling easy recycling. Insert the drum, close the interlocking door and press the button for automatic compaction. The unit will reduce a 205-litre drum to a 75 mm high disc in less than a minute.
This crusher has a high compaction force ratio and a totally enclosed chamber ensuring a high level of safety. It is simple to operate, low maintenance and has an ergonomic design.

Drum Mixer Tumbler

It assists operators to fill, seal, mix and store in the container, making sure there is no cross-contamination and double handling of the product. The tumbling action rotates the product over and helps to eliminate the need for drum baffles.
With this Drum Mixer, drums can be safely moved from an upright position into and out of the mixing station without any vigorous effort. This drum stacker grips the rim of the drum using the sophisticated grab mechanism. The lifting and lowering are operated via the hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulics are controlled by a foot pedal pump for lifting and a hand lever for smooth lowering control. The increased lifting height is capable of stacking drums vertically.

Drum Tipper Floor Mounted
2nd June, 2022 | by Matthew BrittainThe DKN60 Floor Mounted Drum Tipper is zinc-plating for long heavy-duty applications. The Drum Tipper is designed to allow safe and effortless tipping of steel 205L drums.
Allows for 130 degree rotation of a standard 205L (44 gallon) drum. The device is suitable for forklift or hand pallet trolley bin loading. The tipping action is operated by hydraulic lever adjacent to the tipping cradle. The Drum Tipper is supplied with complete side safety barriers and signage.
The onboard hydraulic power pack requires single phase 240V 2.2kw electrical power supply. Tipping height approximately 1000 mm above floor level with a 20 second full tipping cycle.
The cradle can be customised to suit any application or drum type on request. Stainless steel cradle available on request.
