  Reduce harmful runoff with our Concrete Washout Filtration Unit. This system effectively controls and handles concrete wash water onsite to minimise the risk of pollution and hazardous materials. It allows concrete trucks to wash directly into the filtration bag and contain waste and excess materials.

  With a Filtration Bag made from 300gsm geotextile fabric, this system collects sand, gravel and concrete particles as fine as 80 microns. Excess water drains through the bag and is captured in the holding tank below. From here, the water can be tested and treated, making it a great de-watering station.

  Fitted with fork guides and crane lugs, the Filtration Unit can be easily located around a job site. It’s ideal for concrete slurry from trucks and equipment washout, concrete cutting, coring and grinding. As mentioned, it can be additionally used for pumping and filtering sediment from silt-laden water.

  This Mesh Storage Cage is incredibly versatile and easy to transport. It stores up to 1200 kg in load capacity and can be stacked four cages high in any warehouse environment.

  When not in use, the frame collapses for additional storage and convenience. This makes the cage easy to move around the worksite or transfer between jobs. It can also be stacked two cages high in transport situations. The cage frame weighs a total of 65 kg.

  The mesh cage also features a drop-down gate with a self-locking latch. This provides access to the contents of the cage, even when it is stacked.

  Designed and fabricated by our team, our Pallet Stand is a cost-effective solution for accessing pallets. This unique design prevents an operator from unnecessarily bending or straining when reaching the bottom level of a pallet. It elevates the pallet work area, providing a staging platform for picking products and performing loading or unloading applications.

  Manufactured in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, all components of this design meet industry requirements. Stand legs provide ground clearance, which allows free access under the pallet. The stand is generally used in conjunction with a lifting trolley or similar product. These are made to order meaning the height can be selected to suit the application.

  Overall, the dimensions of the stand are 1250 x 1250 mm. All welds are completed with no sharp corners or edges. Surface finishes are in accordance with required specifications.
