Flex Impact Traffic Barrier Mini
10th April, 2020 | by John BrittainThe Flex Impact Traffic Barrier Mini is the smallest and lightest size of traffic barrier impact protection in our series and is specifically designed for use with trolleys, carts and light wheeled objects that have a low impact risk. This barrier consists of a smaller, 125mm diameter, single tube low to the ground. And even though it is very lightweight, it holds well against any small rolling stock. These barriers are also available in our Flex Impact TB Mini Double that are similar in design to our TB Mini but with an additional tube for increased protection. The TB Mini Double is sufficiently strong enough to protect against light wheeled objects such as containers, pallet trucks and trolleys. Pallet Lifting Table EZ-OFF

It is safe, easy to use and provides a great solution for pallet handling applications. This lifter makes it easy to load and unload pallets, with a pallet truck, and it’s simple to operate via a hand held pendant or optionally by a guarded foot control.
The EZ-OFF Pallet Positioner is electro-hydraulically operated and is a convenient tool for workers who handle large loads on a regular basis. The lifting and revolving platform has a unique, feet-clear safety circuit that automatically stops the platform 230 mm above the floor to prevent foot injuries. The unit is also equipped with safety warning lights and an alarm that alerts the operator before it lowers from the intermediate safety stop.
These lifters feature a 1030 mm rotating disc that’s supported by 32 precision ball bearings. The hydraulic lift and lowering is powered by the positioners electric motor. The EZ-OFF Pallet Positioner has a lowered height of only 45 mm and capacity of 1140 kg.The MEZO25E, freestanding unit has a frontal fixed ramp position. The MEZO25ES has to be anchored to the floor & has 3 ramp positions, a frontal and two side approach ramps. One ramp is supplied & depending on your requirements, you can order additional ramps. This makes it incredibly easy for pallet trucks to access the platform.
Because you only need a pallet jack to load and there is no need for a pit to be provided, it makes the EZ-OFF an attractive pallet handling proposition.

Pallet Inverter Stationary Hands-Free

It’s the first automatic pallet inverter that does not require operators.
The pallet change operation begins initially by trasporting the load inside the machine. Immediately after, the operator activates the automatic pallet inverting system via a push-button panel which blocks the product safely.
Subsequently, the operator activates the rotation of the load at 120° and opens the upper platform. At this point, the operator activates the side shifting of the new pallet instead of the old pallet.
The pallet inverting operation ends with the closing pf the upper platform and the rotation of the load by 120°. For certain products such as bags, it is possible to replace the pallet without tipping the load by 120 °.
This pallet turner can handle products with a maximum weight of 1500 kg and a maximum height of 2000 mm.
The “Hands Free” differs from other types of pallet inverters because changes the pallet by shifting the load, withouth the need of operators.
It is considered the fastest pallet inverter in the world, capable of handling up to 50 pallets per hour. Our stationary pallet inverters are available in the manual version, with a button panel, or in the automatic version with PLC.
