Chain Hoists – Air Powered Toku
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaThe Toku Air Hoists range features a number of standard models with lifting capacities up to 6000 kg. Other larger and robust 10, 25 and 30 tonne capacity units are also available on application.
All Air Hoists are compact, lightweight and robust. The are supplied with either a pull cord or pendant control. For excessive loads a built-in load limiter / overload protection supports the devices. Toku hoists come standard with, a silencer, totally enclosed disc brake, cast steel housings, upper & lower limit switches. All units, except the 250 kg capacity, are suitable for underground mining applications. Optional chain buckets are also available.
The 250 kg capacity version is only 7 kg in weight, which increases its functionality. Smooth operation is guaranteed with Toku Air Hoists and they are excellent for inching, both up/down in movement. The standard chain fall is 3 metres; however other lengths can be specially ordered.

Load Skates – Nylon Rollers

The nylon wheels provide added protection to flooring, and with the option between swivel or fixed operation, this product is suited for many applications.
The swivel units incorporate a T bar and a platform that swivels on a thrust bearing, allowing movement around bends.
There are also adjustable skates, which have two skates each connected by two steel rods, which can be adjusted when used together with steerable skates. There are 3 types available:
- MCM60 – 6 tonne adjusts from 500mm to 1400mm
- MCM120 – 12 tonne adjusts from 720mm to 1500mm
- MCM240 – 24 tonne adjusts from 720mm to 1500mm

Parts Trays and Carry Case

There are two widths 100 and 200mm and these are available in 300, 400 and 600mm depths (length). SPT012, SPT017, SPT024 and SPT025 supplied with 2 removable dividers. SPT027 and SPT028 supplied with 5 removable dividers. Simply position the dividers to suit your needs. Additional dividers are available.
The sturdy carry case is complete with two SPT012 (100 x 300) and one SPT024 (200 x 300) spare parts trays. The base is made from blue ABS plastic and the lid is clear polycarbonate. Easy grip handle and a simple to open and close lid. It is great for tradespeople, builders, etc. It has an internal dimension of 415w x 355d x 100h mm.

Bollards Shock Absorbing
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaShock Absorbing Bollards reduce damage caused by low speed impact from vehicles causing damage to rigid fixed bollards. This revolutionary new type of bollard is suitable for any environment where damage to bollards is a problem.
The Shock Absorbing Bollard has the ability to shift sideways if hit at or near ground level. If the impact is higher up the bollard, it can tilt up to 8 degrees at which point it locks up offering maximum protection. Alternatively, if the contact is of a deflection or glancing nature, the bollard is able to rotate through 360 degrees (in-ground model only).
The self-centred design means the bollards can take repeated impacts without incurring permanent damage. They simply absorb the impact and return to their original position.

Panel Trolleys Sheet Truck
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaThe Sheet and Panel Truck has three removable powder-coated steel vertical frames that provide support for bulky loads. Frames can be removed as needed based on load requirements. They can transport large, bulky sheet goods and hard-to-handle loads such as doors, lumber, sheet rock, tables, mattresses and cubicle walls.
The A Frame Panel Truck has a high-side inclined frame and side rail that hold sheet and panel loads firmly in place during transit.
Both trucks have built-in safety features including retainer clips that lock frames securely in place and prevent unintended removal. Four tie-down points, two on each side, help with load retention and holds sheet goods securely. The textured surface on the phenolic resin decks provide non-skid, safe transporting by reducing load slippage.
