Aerosol Can Recycling Aerosolv 360

The device directs the contents of a can straight into the drum, minimising maintenance and allowing disposal. Odours and potentially harmful VOCs are captured via a two-piece filter.
Equipped with an activation handwheel, the Aerosolv 360 is ergonomic and user-friendly. Turning the wheel allows a user to work the device with ease, securing the can ready for disposal. This new innovation has allowed the recycling process to become fully integrated, thus ensuring users avoid repetitive strain injuries while performing waste management tasks.
Unlike the Aerosolv 7000 model, the Aerosolv 360 ensures a more advanced method of containing an aerosol pressurised vessel, while the can is being punctured. With a range of safety features, these devices are durable and engineered to perform.

You can choose from steel skate wheels or steel tube rollers depending on the product to be handled.The roller version is 3900mm long and contracts to 1450mm. The skate wheel version is 3900mm long and contracts to 1000mm – much shorter than the roller version as the skate wheels are staggered along the shaft and can compact much shorter.
Cobra conveyors are quick to set-up and height adjustable with inbuilt joiners, retractable end stops and multi-directional castors fitted with brakes.

We ensure that our Chemical Spill Kit meets all EPA requirements. It contains pads that are dust, and odour-free and will absorb up to 20 times their weight in spill.
These Kits are ideal for acids, caustics, water and all known hydrocarbons. Each Spill Kit is incredibly lightweight, meaning it is easy to use and transport. There is no need for brooms or shovels. We also have plastic polymer maintenance carts to assist with these kits.
We supply every style with a highly visible, durable mobile bin, instruction sheet, weather-resistant cap and wall locator sticker. Full or part refills of contents are also available.

Lifting Clamp Multi-Position
21st August, 2023 | by Matthew BrittainLifting Clamps suitable for vertical and horizontal lifting. The clamps are able to lift and tilt the workpiece.
Each lifting clamp is fitted with a safety spring mechanism for permanent contact of the cam onto the piece to be lifted, even when it is being put down.
The locking lever does not stick out so that the clamp may be used on the bare ground. The chain enables the lifting clamp to grip from any angle and makes positioning easier.
The chain connection enables the load to be lifted and tilted. The workpiece can be gripped from the side and lifted to tip them over.
The corrugated cam marks only one side of the load.

Lifting Cages – Rigging Storage
9th April, 2020 | by materialshandlingThe Rigging Storage Cage is a secure storage unit that protects valuable items. Designed especially for rigging equipment, it suitably stores chains, slings, shackles, hooks and clamps. When these items are not in use, they can be hung up and out of the way. This protects them from potential hazards that may compromise the integrity of the lifting equipment.
Each cage is fully enclosed with a sheet metal roof that ensures the safety of all items. They are fitted with 4-point crane lifting lugs and forklift pockets, which allows them to be transported to and from a worksite. The cage also has a lockable gate for restricted access and to provide extra security against theft.
The MCNGC10 has a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 750 kg and is supplied with 20 hanging hooks.
