Our Self Propelled Load Movers are the perfect solution for transporting large loads of up to 200 tonnes. As a mobile trolley, they consist of two parts. This includes a front rotating tractor and a pair of fixed rear trucks that perform a function similar to that of the rear axle of a truck. Such features allow the load mover to turn completely at 360º and reach a speed of 5 m/min.

Furthermore, these devices offer great movability in small spaces. With a small footprint, they are able to handle extremely large capacities and are user-friendly to operate. The Self Propelled Load Movers have polyamide wheels. This means they easily work across rough, dusty or uneven surfaces. They are also supplied with remote control and auxiliary cord control.

Additional Information

Our Self Propelled Load Movers handle great capacities!

Also known as Load Skates, these motorised trolleys rotate 360-degrees and can handle loads from 60 tonnes to 200 tonnes. Available in two models – ST and TBC – all units in our range can be supplied with a battery pack for full remote control. The Load Movers move on polyamide wheels and have a speed range of 3-5 metres/minute. The 30 tonne ST30 and TBC30 versions are no longer in production. They are replaced by one model, the 30tonne MINIFORCE STB30 that operates either electric or batteries, but has not got the hydraulic lift capability.

The TBC models can transport large loads of 60,100 or 150 tonnes. They are the most complete units as they can operate with three-phase (415Vac) mains power or with batteries. You can choose the type of power supply. They also come with a hydraulic pump that creates the 70 mm elevation of the central, rotating, lifting cylinder and the drive wheels by means of a geared motor.

In this particular application, the ST150 model was used for the placing of a press inside a warehouse with the help of a hydraulic lifter. The ST Load Mover was placed under it and the total load weight was 80 tonnes.
