Pneumatic Wire Rope Balancers are used mostly in production lines to improve processes and productivity. They ensure quick loading and unloading and may be positioned where required for easy lifting and handling. Thanks to their ability to make heavy machinery and tools feel weightless, they are commonly used in warehouses and facilities that require innovation and modernised solutions.
With a Pneumatic Wire Rope Balancer, it’s possible to increase the working area, especially when using the suspended version, which is attached to a jib crane or suspended from a rail system. These devices are equipped to handle a load capacity of up to 150 kg. The inherent function of the pneumatic cylinder gives the operator excellent control of the workpiece due to the variable speed of lifting and lowering.

The device is manufactured in stainless steel that is robust and long-lasting. A Pneumatic Wire Rope Balancer can be customised to suit various lifting requirements – with a hook, permanent magnet, vacuum pad or for boxes. On request, models with bigger capacities are available.
