Drum Cradle Rollover Dispensing

Staff will find this drum trolley useful to lever the drum into the horizontal position. When the drum is horizontal the trolley can be moved around the work space and the contents can be decanted. The unique patented operation ensures that efforts is kept below 20 kg when rolling over 205 litre drums weighing up to 300 kg into the horizontal position.
This device is suitable for standard steel and plastic 200 litre drums.

Scissor Lift Tables – Low Profile
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Scissor Lift Tables have an impressive low profile with a lowered height of 80 mm. The lifting capacity is up to 2000 kg and they lift up to 880 mm. These lift tables come complete with a pedestal stand for the control panel with up, down and emergency buttons and a hydraulic power pack enclosure with a 3phase electric motor. A perimeter safety bar is fitted to the underside of the deck to prevent injuries.
We can supply these Low Profile Scissor Lift Tables in two styles:
- Full Deck: The standard deck unit is supplied with an access ramp to allow hand pallet truck entry.
- U Type: The ‘U’ shape deck is used in conjunction with narrow pallet jacks to handle EURO skids and stillages. These units are ideal for the printing industry.

Pallet Bin Lifting & Tilt Device

Arm Lift (with its simultaneous lift and tilt) is the ideal choice for almost any application that involves working with parts on pallets and in containers. Lift and tilt is achieved through a single mechanism making Arm Lift an economical alternative to conventional lift and tilt tables, which normally require separate mechanisms. Because Arm Lift tilts down instead of up, like most tilters, it is well suited for use with oversized baskets and containers.
The Arm Lift Ergonomic Lift and Tilt Device is available in standard and zero height versions. A pallet truck can access the zero height version. A safety trip bar is installed under the perimeter of the deck to prevent accidental damage or injury.

Pallet Stand

This unique design prevents an operator from unnecessarily bending or straining when reaching the bottom level of a pallet. It elevates the pallet work area, providing a staging platform for picking products and performing loading or unloading applications.
Manufactured in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, all components of this design meet industry requirements. Stand legs provide ground clearance, which allows free access under the pallet. The stand is generally used in conjunction with a lifting trolley or similar product. These are made to order meaning the height can be selected to suit the application.
Overall, the dimensions of the stand are 1250 x 1250 mm. All welds are completed with no sharp corners or edges. Surface finishes are in accordance with required specifications.
