Pallet Wrapper Stack and Wrap
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaStack and Wrap combination allows Semi-Automatic palletising and stretch wrapping at the same location. This is ideal where space is a premium. It is a combination lift table with a motorised turntable and combined with our Easy Wrapper Semi-Automatic Film Wrapper Mast. It enables pallets to be loaded layer by layer starting from the fully raised position.
Once the pallet is stacked and the lift table is in the fully lowered position the operator energises the turntable and can then wrap the load using the wrapper mast controls. It is a time saver and back saver as the adjustable table saves bending whilst loading. It has all the features of our Easy Wrapper.

The slip-on Short Tilt Jib (code: MTJS25) instantly converts a forklift into a small crane suitable for delicate or oddly shaped goods. It features a tilt functionality that allows for extra height. This compensates for the hook and sling length, which is lost when lifting with a jib attachment.
This unit can be fully extended to 2.02 metres and has a Safe Working Load limit of 2500 kg. Supplied as standard with a heavy-duty zinc plated finish.

Bollards Shock Absorbing
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaShock Absorbing Bollards reduce damage caused by low speed impact from vehicles causing damage to rigid fixed bollards. This revolutionary new type of bollard is suitable for any environment where damage to bollards is a problem.
The Shock Absorbing Bollard has the ability to shift sideways if hit at or near ground level. If the impact is higher up the bollard, it can tilt up to 8 degrees at which point it locks up offering maximum protection. Alternatively, if the contact is of a deflection or glancing nature, the bollard is able to rotate through 360 degrees (in-ground model only).
The self-centred design means the bollards can take repeated impacts without incurring permanent damage. They simply absorb the impact and return to their original position.
