Heat is used in Shrink and Seal Systems to shrink a plastic sheet around a product. For shrinking, the item is covered with heat that is sent through a heat tunnel or oven.

Safety Signal is more than a red/green light package! Our driver-targeted high intensity LED lights deliver the clearest message to both drivers and forklift operators. In order to ensure dock safety, it is necessary to communicate to the driver. The safety Signal is tied to the loading dock door or dock leveller with an electronic sensor. Each time they are operated, an ultra bright LED flashing light comes on, sending a signal to the driver that it is not safe to move. When the dock leveller/door is closed, Safety Signal switches to a green LED signal.

Designed with two openings and equipped with a flexible metal hose for smooth, accurate pouring into small apertures. The hose also provides a bonding path to a receiving vessel.
All models are equipped with a dual-density flame arrester, to stop flashback ignition. Flash Arrester stops a naked flame from entering the can during either filling or dispensing. The contents of the can are protected from fire as the flash arrester allows for the increased pressure to vent safely without causing an explosion.

Magna Mount Retracta-Belt units are designed similarly as for the Wall Mount where floor space is limited. They have magnets on the strap dispenser and at the end of the belt. They are ideal in warehousing where the forklift operator can carry it from aisle to aisle. All Magna Mounts belts have a powder coated aluminium housing and are individually packaged with a magnetic belt clip. The belt is black/yellow.

Retractable Barriers Port-A-Guard Maxi

With a reduced gap between the floor and the bottom of the barrier and a smaller opening size between the slats, the Maxi offers a great level of security and safety. A combination of non-corrosive aluminium slats, galvanised slide components and stainless steel fixings means the guard is suited to both indoor and outdoor applications. They come in heights of 1430mm or 1800mm from ground to top of slats and there are either 6.7 or 7.8 metre wide models available.
Port-A-Guard Maxi comes with four heavy duty, locking swivel castors and central fixed dolly wheels making these portable safety barriers easy to move from one location to another. The DB units are supplied minus one of the BPGM-RF locking castor feet, so they can be permanently mounted to an existing post or wall at one end using one of the two BPGM-WR wall receiver brackets. They then can be rolled out to another wall or post using the other wall receiver. The wheels are extended for extra stability and the units can be linked together to form a continuous barrier.

Using only 240V single-phase power, these are suitable to plug into a general power outlet. All models include an overload-limited clutch plus upper and lower limit switches for extra safety.
As standard they are fitted with ergonomic, low voltage IP65 pendant with 2 speed control plus emergency stop. The low speed is variable and the high speed is fixed.
Supplied standard with 6m height of lift, a chain bucket, 5m pendant cable length and 3m power cord. A powered girder trolley is available for these units.
