Conveyor – Expandable and Flexible
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaExtendaflex conveyors are mobile, flexible, extendable conveyors that can be easily arranged for moving goods in warehouse and storage applications as well as loading or unloading vehicles or shipping containers. Available with a choice of plastic or steel skate wheels or plastic tube rollers, all models are designed to ensure self-tracking of the cargo.
All conveyors extend to a maximum length of 7500mm with height adjustable legs. The leg sets are fitted with swivel castors for mobility and alternating castors are fitted with a foot locking brake. Each conveyor can be fitted with an optional joining link to connect to another Extendaflex. This allows you to connect multiple units together and create whatever length you require! It is also possible to fit a carton stop to prevent the product from rolling off the end. This carton stop folds away when not needed or when using a joining link.
Choose skate wheels for products with a smooth base or conveyor rollers for products with an irregular base. The standard models are supplied with a zinc-plated finish with the option to supply in stainless steel construction. All skate wheels and conveyor rollers are 50mm in diameter.
Extendaflex conveyors are made in Australia and assembled to meet your order. For this reason, it is possible for us to create custom lengths and widths without impacting the supply time.
The loading capacity of 5 leg units is 150 kg per metre, the 7 leg units are 200 kg per metre and the 8 leg units are 250 kg per metre.

Dangerous Goods Storage Cabinets Outdoor – Drums and IBC

Easily relocatable, the containers feature single or double depth, with dual access. As a result, they store great capacities onsite and are equipped to store from 1000 to 16,000 litres.
Manufactured in Australia and in accordance with strict Australian Standards, these units support dangerous goods classified as Class 3: Flammable Liquids, Class 5.1: Oxidising Agents, Class 5.2: Organic Peroxides, Class 6.1: Toxic Substances and Class 8: Corrosive Substances.
Each spill container is constructed in heavy-duty steel and finished in a polyurethane coating.

Retractable Barriers Port-A-Guard Maxi
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaPort-A-Guard Maxi adds a new level of versatility for expanding barriers. With a reduced gap between the floor and the bottom of the barrier and a smaller opening size between the slats, the Maxi offers a great level of security and safety. A combination of non-corrosive aluminium slats, galvanised slide components and stainless steel fixings means the guard is suited to both indoor and outdoor applications. They come in heights of 1430mm or 1800mm from ground to top of slats and there are either 6.7 or 7.8 metre wide models available.
Port-A-Guard Maxi comes with four heavy duty, locking swivel castors and central fixed dolly wheels making these portable safety barriers easy to move from one location to another. The DB units are supplied minus one of the BPGM-RF locking castor feet, so they can be permanently mounted to an existing post or wall at one end using one of the two BPGM-WR wall receiver brackets. They then can be rolled out to another wall or post using the other wall receiver. The wheels are extended for extra stability and the units can be linked together to form a continuous barrier.

Bike Racks
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOne-piece design Rounded Bike Rack Rails consist of 48mm diameter x 3mm wall, heavy galvanised pipe and are 850 wide x 800mm high. The surface mount rack has a 6mm thick fully welded base flange. The below ground rack has welded starter bars for concrete footing installation.
There are also the Schoolies Racks available that can accommodate 8 bikes of varying sizes for casual bike storage. They are manufactured from mild steel and hot dip galvanised. Designed to be relocatable it can flat pack for easy transportation for various events. It can lock one wheel to the frame, and is only available in a hot dip galvanised finish.
Our Wall Mounted Racks are sturdy one piece, mild steel and hot dip galvanised bike rack, designed to be to accommodate 1 full size bicycle with the ability to lock one wheel and the frame for total security. The bike is suspended on plastic coated prongs to protect the rims from possible damage. Can be used indoors or out. Available in galvanised or galvanised with black powder coating.

Our Folding Trolleys are lightweight and made from durable aluminium. They feature a carrying capacity of up to 125 kg, with our Jumbo version moving up to 250 kg. Fitted with roller bearing wheels, loads are transported smoothly over a variety of surfaces. The whole device only weighs 5.4 kg (12.8 kg for our Jumbo model)!

Pipe Trolley Storage Rack

As a mobile storage solution, it assists workers in keeping materials organised and increases productivity as heavy loads can be kept closer to a worksite and accessed when needed. This device is suitable for pipe, conduit, tubing and bar stock.
With a 2-tonne capacity, there are 8 spaces available for sorting and accessing pipes. Arm stops prevent cylinders from rolling or falling off the rack, and the trolley’s industrial build ensures maximum stability. Workers can easily push the trolley, as poly wheels assist with easy moving. Brakes can secure the trolley when parked.
Pipe Trolleys are supplied as a standard flatpack or for on-site assembly.
