Versatile Lightweight Matting
Vynalite is designed and manufactured from non-toxic, food-grade PVC tubes and provides excellent comfort and support underfoot.
Vynalite makes workplaces and recreation environments safer, more comfortable, and can help increase productivity by reducing fatigue.
Available in widths up to 1500mm and lengths up to 30 metres.
Vynalite is both flame and chemical-resistant, and resistant to UV degradation. It can be installed in minutes onto even or uneven floors.
Constructed in grid formation, Vynalite is extremely versatile, lightweight, easy to roll up and clean. It can easily be cut to size or shape and is 100% recyclable.

- 100%Flexible low toxicity PVC phenol free and classified according to AS2070-1999 and CFR21 as suitable for food contact
- Open grid, tubular profile 28mm x 5mm grid size
- Classified as resistant to flame DIN 4102 part 1 Classification B2 Limiting Oxygen index 20 (self extinguishing)
- Chemical Resistant to alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, most oils and acids
- Dielectric Strength Kv/11, Volume resistivity Ω-cm 1.2×1013
- Functional -12 to +60°C
- Resistant to PVC degradation (Red not colourfast in direct sunlight)
- Coefficient of friction: Dry µ=0.724, Wet µ=0.692
- Good sound insulation properties
- At -12 degrees 1.5kg at 200mm
- Optional 60mm wide edge in Yellow or Black, connector clips and floor hooks
