Easily transfer grout, concrete or similar loose materials with our Concrete and Grout Kibbles.  Designed for safe materials handling, both kibbles maximise workplace efficiency and improve processes. They ensure complete user control over concrete distribution and placement, while improving concrete conveying. Grout, concrete and other materials are placed where required, without leakage or over spill.

Designed in accordance with Australian Standards, each kibble is supplied with instructions and guides for best use and practices. There are two models available, including a kibble with a knife valve (concrete and grout kibble – MBGK10) or an alternative butterfly valve unit (grout only kibble – MGK10). Both models are fitted with fork pockets for easy transportation around a work site.

These units have extensive load capacities and are ideal for safe concrete handling.  Their smooth interior allows for easy discharge of materials and can be cleaned quickly, for longetivity and easy maintenance. Fork pockets and crane lugs allow the units to be easily moved on site.  Both Kibble options support Working Load Limits (WLL) up to 3000 kg.  They feature robust constructions with enamel paint finishes.  All units are designed in accordance with Australian Standards and supplied with instructions, certification and risk and hazard identification manuals.

MBGK10 Kibble (Concrete and Grout):

The MBGK10 option has been designed for the placement of concrete in columns, walls and other confined areas.  It is used for general concrete and liquid grout mixes.  The kibble features a chain operated valve design that allows a user to safely stand 3-metres below the kibble, whilst controlling the concrete flow.  The unit is also built with a 200 mm diameter Knife Valve for precision handling. A 200 mm lay flat hose allows unobstructed operator views.

On  contrast, our MGK10 model is ideal for the delivery of grout and similar smaller materials.  The unit features a 200 mm diameter Butterfly Valve provides precise control of flow, making it indispensable for filling wall cavities and columns.  Its unique ‘Lay Flat’ designed hose gives an operator unobstructed views during use, as per the previous model.
