JDN Mini Air Hoist was developed specifically for use in the food industry. The design meets the hygienic requirements and perfectly complements the HACCP plan devised by companies in the food and beverage industry.

Its compressed air function and cooling with compressed exhaust eliminate costly downtime: the JDN Mini Food Grade is 100% available and ready for use 24/7.

The motor housing is made of uncoated cast aluminum and its chain, chain guide, load sleeve, and hooks are made from stainless steel. It is impervious to high humidity, water, dirt, and corrosion. The new optional stainless steel chain bag, boosts the hygiene level.

Intensive cleaning is easy (even with a high-pressure washer) as all labels are now lasered on. The optional conversion kit offers a twist lock hook and an air inlet in stainless-steel. The all-new stainless steel trolley adds usability for food production. Finally, the fasteners and other elements have been replaced with corrosion-resistant parts, completing the overall durability.

The motor lubrication is similarly optimised for use in food production. The hoist uses a food-grade lubricant with the H1 certification that HACCP regulations require. The chain lubricant also meets this standard.

Another aspect that is important for hygienic processes is resistance to water and other cleaning agents. The hoist is impervious to high humidity, cold, and heat, making it ideal for the demands of the food industry.
