Line Feed Trolleys

They have double-sided louvred panels to enable them directly hang our small parts storage containers or to work in conjunction with bench assembly equipment. Tandem line feeding trolleys are similar to the single (685w x 610d x 1450h mm) but double the width (1370w x 610d x 1450h mm) & double the storage space. Line feed trolleys are available with or without bins.
The single-width units accommodate up to 400kg & the double-width units can take up 800kg. They can hold up to 6 sizes of containers. Make sure you nominate the colours of the containers—Blue, Green, Red or Yellow.

The two series of lever chain blocks have the following features.
The NR-series lever blocks have capacities from 0.25 – 9 tonne and feature the “free-wheeling” braking system which enables fast and easy operation. There is a minimum load requirement of 10% of the Working Load Limit to ensure that the braking system remains operative and continues to support the load. These lever blocks are ideally suited for the shipbuilding, construction, mining and power transmission industries. All devices comply with Australian Standards.
The VR-series lever blocks have capacities from 0.8 – 6.3tonne and feature a “lock-in and lock-out” braking system which is the more traditional style with a free-wheeling design requiring the disengagement of the gear drive mechanism which is impossible with any load suspended on it. These lever blocks are ideally suited for the (underground) mining, aerospace and energy industries.

The Long Tilt Jibs instantly convert a forklift into a small crane that’s ideal for handling delicate or irregularly shaped goods, general maintenance and most lifting tasks. The shackle is quickly moved into one of the lifting positions and the attachment is held onto a Forklift via a safety chain. These devices carry their own rating plates, so they can be used by virtually any lift truck.
These jibs come in a zinc plated finish. Two models are available – MTJL25 and MTJL50 – with both units varying in Safe Working Load limits.

Forklift Jibs – Fixed Angle Long
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Long Fixed Jibs are forklift attachments best suited to general purpose and long reach lifting activities. They are fixed at a horizontal position with a telescopic extension for different lifting positions and Safe Working Loads.
Available in four fixed models – MFJL25, MFJL50, MSFJL100 and MSFJL120 – these slip-on devices help convert a forklift into a working crane for heavy goods. With a reach of 3.5 metres (when fully extended, Long Fixed Jobs can easily handle long reach lifts.
When retracted and closed, these jibs have an overall length of 2.1 metres. The Forklift Jib attachments are held safely by a chain and all models feature a zinc finish.

Bollards Knock-Down
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaOur Knock-Down Bollards easily rebound if struck or knocked. Causing no damage to the vehicle itself, their elasticated spring allows them to return to their original upright position. This makes them great for use in temporary or permanent delineator applications.
Supplied as a two-piece design, they can easily be stored, assembled and installed as required. The rubber base can easily be fixed with epoxy or masonry anchors, or the bollard can be completely removed from the base. The post twist locks into place and each bollard is manufactured in a high visibility fluorescent orange with a reflective band.
Knock-Down Bollards are soft, lightweight and flexible. Made from a tough polyethylene material, they are durable when positioned, however, they are not designed to be driven over.

Ramps Kerb
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaThe KR1030 kerb ramp is a portable, heavy duty moulded rubber ramp suitable for trucks, cars or hand trolleys. Each unit has two recessed mounting holes for securing the ramp in place, manufactured from durable recycled rubber. The robust construction incorporates a 12 x 70mm drainage channel. To reveal channel simply trim cover panels from each end with a sharp knife. Dimensions 110mm high x 430mm deep x 480mm wide total weight 14.6kgs.
Our hi-vis ramps feature yellow anti-slip inserts which improve both visibility and traction. Available in three sizes to suit different height kerbs in both body modules and end caps. All models have bolt holes for fixing in place and cable access channels moulded into the underside.
