Tipping Bins Forklift Mounted Lever Release

They feature a low profile design, which adds to their versatility when used in confined spaces. Their pouring lip and smooth edges ensure the Lever Release Tipping Bins are suitable for food industry applications as well.
When using the bin, the tipping release mechanism is activated by a forklift operator. Tipping Bins spring to life when the pull cord is drawn, from the drivers seat. Having a forward centre of gravity allows the bin to tip. After emptying, the bin can be lowered and closed by driving backwards.
Tipping Bins also feature a custom built shock absorber, fork pockets and safety chains. Optional crane lugs, wheel kits, drain valves and strainers are available.

Forklift Slipper Tine Extensions
3rd March, 2017 | by excitemediaThe MSL Forklift Slipper Tine Extensions have been designed with a slim profile to extend the flexibility of forklift trucks. They are available with up to 8-tonne capacity and various lengths up to 3 metres. The Slippers have been designed and manufactured in accordance with Australian Standard AS2359.15 – Powered industrial trucks.
Forklift extension slippers for general use should be no longer than 167% of the supporting forklift tine length. If the slippers are longer than 167%, the use of those slippers shall be restricted to their specified application. Extension slippers with sizes over 8-tonne are available however custom built to suit the application.
The Tine Extensions have a zinc-plated finish to provide a long service life. Each pair is supplied with locking pins to secure the slipper to the forklift tine. The slippers are fitted with a data plate with rating signs and confirmation they meet Australian Standards. Each pair is supplied with an instruction manual including all required documentation to confirm the suitability of use with the forklift.

Order Picking and Access Platforms – Navigator

Featuring an ergonomic design, the ladders are operated by a control handle, which raises to easily steer the device, transport it to loading areas and reposition for access requirements. When released, the ladder returns to its automatic default position, with four feet floor contact for complete stability.
Their unique operation ensures that the ladders are easy and fast to move around. Each device is designed and tested, in accordance with Australian and New Zealand safety standards, to support a load rating of 150 kg. Fitted with four swivel castors, the Navigator Platforms handles tight spaces. Equipped with two handrails, operators can safely climb up and down the rungs. The platform ladder has no springs within its construction, so there are no risks of the ladder rocking or swaying. It has been designed to be one of the safest access systems on the market!

Load Skates – Nylon Rollers

The nylon wheels provide added protection to flooring, and with the option between swivel or fixed operation, this product is suited for many applications.
The swivel units incorporate a T bar and a platform that swivels on a thrust bearing, allowing movement around bends.
There are also adjustable skates, which have two skates each connected by two steel rods, which can be adjusted when used together with steerable skates. There are 3 types available:
- MCM60 – 6 tonne adjusts from 500mm to 1400mm
- MCM120 – 12 tonne adjusts from 720mm to 1500mm
- MCM240 – 24 tonne adjusts from 720mm to 1500mm

Lifting Hooks – Steel Coil
