• AWISA 2014 Exhibition

  Materials Handling proudly participated in the 2014 Australian Woodworking Industry Suppliers Association Limited (AWISA) exhibition, in August.  Held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the 4-day event housed more than 7500 visitors, over four days.
  Decking out our stand #4327, we had a number of our amazing products on display, including our Extendable Conveyors, Scissor Tables, Stockmaster Access Platforms, Vacuum Tube Lifters and Variable Speed Hoist.

  As always though, it was A-SAFE and its ??big bump’ video which stole the attention of the crowd.

• Drum Lifting and Tipping Trolley

  This device handles steel drums without complicated adjustments or exchanging attachments. Drums are raised and transported simply by engaging the screw operated rim clamp. A hydraulic foot operated pump raises the drum or it can be also raised by pumping the handle. It has a fully enclosed chain drive and crank operated worm gearbox to assist tipping drums. The tilt mechanism provided almost 360 degree rotation. Suits steel drums up to 205L.
