Working directly with Safetech, Materials Handling P/L supported and supplied Reckitt Benckiser’s new distribution centre in New South Wales with ten AeroTec Dock Fans.
As a leader in consumer health products, safety is a primary focus for Reckitt Benckiser. They’ve successfully assisted and improved the lifestyles of their customers and as a result, have moved into their new site at Horsley Park in Oakdale. Reckitt Benckiser’s distribution centre covers 35,482m2 and will staff an estimated 150 employees who will allocate and issue their products throughout Australia.
During development, Reckitt Benckiser recognised an opportunity to build a high quality and climate controlled loading dock. With Materials Handling P/L and Safetech’s help, we successfully introduced a range of dock loading and product solutions for a complete and integrated warehouse system.
Our contribution ensured that the employees of the company could maintain productivity in a safe and well-organised working environment.

AeroTec Dock Fans are an innovative solution to loading dock ventilation. Acting as an air exchanger, the units are capable of cooling, and extracting hazardous gases from a trailer or truck within seconds. Ordinary truck fans only pressurise the air in the trailer, not allowing for adequate air exchange.
