The Cable Drum Spreader Beam is designed for the safe transport of cable drums. It is particularly helpful for unwinding during installation.
A shaft runs through the centre of the drum and is connected at both ends to a spreader beam via two chains.
The cable drum rotates freely on bearings for smooth unwinding.
Available in two standard sizes. We can customise to any length or capacity to suit your application.
These devices are multi-tasking with use for crane and overhead lifting. Constructed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, Lifting Beams are supplied with a user manual and certificate of conformity.

Drum Tipper Floor Mounted
2nd June, 2022 | by Matthew BrittainThe DKN60 Floor Mounted Drum Tipper is zinc-plating for long heavy-duty applications. The Drum Tipper is designed to allow safe and effortless tipping of steel 205L drums.
Allows for 130 degree rotation of a standard 205L (44 gallon) drum. The device is suitable for forklift or hand pallet trolley bin loading. The tipping action is operated by hydraulic lever adjacent to the tipping cradle. The Drum Tipper is supplied with complete side safety barriers and signage.
The onboard hydraulic power pack requires single phase 240V 2.2kw electrical power supply. Tipping height approximately 1000 mm above floor level with a 20 second full tipping cycle.
The cradle can be customised to suit any application or drum type on request. Stainless steel cradle available on request.

These pallet cages are suitable to store and transport long materials such as pipe, conduit, timber etc. Heavy-duty construction with a zinc-plated finish for maximum stability. The cages can be stacked 2 high when fully loaded or 4 high when empty. Fork tyne pockets fitted for safe transport around worksite by forklift. PLFW models include 150mm wheels with foot brakes for easy movement around the worksite. Varying leg lengths are available on request.

Lifting Cages – Rigging Storage

Designed especially for rigging equipment, it suitably stores chains, slings, shackles, hooks and clamps. When these items are not in use, they can be hung up and out of the way. This protects them from potential hazards that may compromise the integrity of the lifting equipment.
Each cage is fully enclosed with a sheet metal roof that ensures the safety of all items. They are fitted with 4-point crane lifting lugs and forklift pockets, which allows them to be transported to and from a worksite. The cage also has a lockable gate for restricted access and to provide extra security against theft.
The MCNGC10 has a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 750 kg and is supplied with 20 hanging hooks.

Commonly employed in any recycling process, a baler unit condenses materials into a bale for easy storage, transport and handling. Designed with space restriction in mind, our range of Vertical Balers are suited to many commercial applications.
Typical recyclable commodities often baled include plastic packaging, plastic bottles, paper products, cardboard packaging, light gauge ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and shrink wrap. While all balers work in a similar way to each other, various models with different sizes are available to suit varying requirements.
Vertical Balers are available in sizes that produce bales of up to 40, 60, 75, 100 and 300kg. Additionally, optional larger and 3-phases units are available upon request.
