Our VacuBoy Mini is a self-contained vacuum lifting device that includes a vacuum tank and an audible safety system.
It is ideal for lifting aluminium and steel sheets, as well as containers, barrels, sheet metal, glass panes, stone slabs etc.
The VacuBoy Mini is easy to maintain as it has a battery-powered vacuum pump.
The clever design includes a removable battery pack, which means the vacuum device does not require connection to electrcial power supply. The vacuum lifter can simply be suspended from an overhead crane hook and used when needed.
This system also complies with relevant safety codes, including requirements set by AS4991-2004 Lifting Devices.

Safety concept:
- Integrated vacuum reservoir tank
- Non-return valve between the vacuum pump and the reservoir tank
- Audible warning signal in case of accidental suction using only residual vacuum in the tank
- Vacuum gauge with red/green zone for visual vacuum surveillance
- Audible warning unit – in case of a power failure or if the vacuum drops below the required operational vacuum level
