Quick-Lift Handles and Grippers

The basic model achieves a high degree of safety with its intelligent control. A unique integrated mechanical and electrical swivel enables continuous rotation of the handle. It features an automatic power save mode, smooth lifting operation and auto-balance mode (or float mode), for when the operator moves the load up or down. This device is suited for mechanical end effectors (gripping tool).

This achieves safe handling with intelligent design. Smooth lifting is performed when the handle is moved up and down. Auto-balancing/float mode ensures the load is transported quickly when the operator moves the product up or down. The control unit also features an electronically controlled gripping function for grip or release when the workload is not affecting the end effector (gripping tool).  An automatic power-save mode is included along with a blow-off function, that allows the object to be quickly and safely released. An atmospheric pressure function prevents a self-generated vacuum that can occur if the vacuum cups are pressed down against a surface with residual vacuum.

The Vacuum End Effector is hinged and can be tilted 90° to a vertical position. For normal use on flat, dense and non-greasy materials. When integrated with the Quick-Lift system it is efficient, strong and easy to use. The gripper utilises 2x safety factor. This handle is actuated by the lower buttons on the control handle.

Control functions include an emergency stop push button, push button with grip and release, manoeuvre handle for up and down movement and handle for manual tilt. Used primarily to attach mechanical end effectors to control units. It is reliable for the quick and easy handling of tools that have a quick-coupling pin. It’s a basic piece that screws into the bottom of a control handle. It allows for fast removal and addition of components.
