Our Industrial Platform Scales ensure fast weighing results!

With an environment setting and counting/comparator functions, this scale can be customised to suit its location and quantities of items to be weighed. Available in two pan sizes, it also has three weighing resolutions selectable via the function setting. When weighing objects, the scale can be easily calibrated for accurate results. If low in power, it will alert the user via its LED display. The level of the scale can also be adjusted, with the floor-mounted models able to tilt the angle of the column and display screen for better reading.

Features: 

• Three weighing resolutions selectable by function setting – normal (1/3000), high (1/600 for 30 kg and 60 kg weighing capacity) and higher (1/12000 for 60 kg and 1/15000 for 30 kg and 150 kg weighing capacity).
• Counting function – useful in piece counting applications from sample quantity of items.
• Comparator function – HI/OK/LO comparator indication and optional comparator relay output for check weighing applications.
• Calibration function – easy and simple to calibrate the scale with external calibration mass fo accurate weighing.
• Filtering function – selectable levels of slow, normal and fast to suit different weighing environments and conditions.
• An automatic power-off function that saves power consumption by switching the scale off when it displays zero for approximately 5 minutes.
• Selectable in two sizes of weighing pan – medium size (300 x 380 mm) or large size (390 x 530 mm).
• Easy to clean the stainless steel weighing pan.
• Two types of power supply; either with an AC Adapter for permanent installation applications or battery-operated.
• LED display with status indicators of stable, net and zero for easy operation. Also indicates low power when supply power is low.
• Trade Approved NMI Certificate (except for MFG31KBM and MFG31KAM models).

Optional accessories are available including an RS232C Interface with or without Comparator Relay Output and Roller Feet for easy movement of the scale.
