Concrete Kibble Lay-Down Types feature features a uniquely robust roll-over design. Â These systems are for use with overhead cranes and offer a great solution for large applications – each kibble boasts an extensive Safe Working Load capacity.
The Concrete Kibble Lay-Down Types are available in two models – MCKL20 (volume capacity of 2.0 cubic metres) and MCKL30 (volume capacity of 3.0 cubic metres). Â Kibbles are operated from either side of the kibble for ultimate flexibility and integration into work sites. Â With an innovative design, these units can also be equipped with an optional hydraulic opening function for automatic control.
Thanks to the kibbles built-in forklift pockets, the units can be transported around working environments and have a storage facility for the chute.

An easy-to-use Concrete Kibble with a Lay-Down design!
These Concrete Kibble models offer both front and bottom discharge points, with the use of an adjustable chute. Â To access the bottom discharge point, simply release the manual push bar. Â Each unit comes in a painted ‘Safety Yellow’ enamel finish and are robust in construction. Â Two models are available depending on the required specifications:
MCKL20 Concrete Kibble
- Volume Capacity – 2.0 Cubic Metres
- Safe Working Load (SWL) – 5000 kg
- Unit Weight – 905 kg
- Fork Pocket Size – 165 mm x 65 mm
- Fork Pocket Centres – 400 mm
MCKL30 Concrete Kibble
- Volume Capacity – 3.0 Cubic Metres
- Safe Working Load (SWL) – 7500 kg
- Unit Weight – 1170 kg
- Fork Pocket Size – 165 mm x 65 mm
- Fork Pocket Centres – 535 mm
These Lay-Down Type Concrete Kibbles can be optionally fitted with a Hydraulic Power Pack (HPP) to change manual functions to automatic processes.  With the addition of this feature, operation is controlled with the push of a button.  This improves workplace safety, as the operator is away from the units mechanisms and pouring functionalities. Choose between either a pendant or wireless remote control option.
Please note, this is an optional fitted accessory that can be integrated with both Concrete Kibbles Lay-Down Type Models (MCKL20 and MCKL30).Â
