Flex Impact has been specifically designed to offer optimal protection to building assets, machinery and, of course, personnel and pedestrians from any potential vehicle collision. Thanks to the customisable modular design, workplaces of all types and sizes can create successful and safe operating zones where vehicles can move and pedestrians can walk freely. 

Our traffic safety barrier PLUS system offers customers the ultimate in protection for hazardous working zones with high levels of pedestrian and traffic segregation. The traffic barrier leverages the strength of our Flex Impact Handrail with the low height and tubular design of our Traffic Barriers for the best of both worlds. 

Our innovative testing procedures demonstrate that the barriers are resistant to impacts of a 3.5-tonne forklift collision. Not only is the impact mitigated and safety assured, but the unit will spring back into shape following the collision. Additionally, fasteners will not be torn from the floor of this system thanks to its intuitive design. As such, no damage will be sustained by people, vehicles, structures or concrete/flooring.

About the TB Plus Barrier

The TB Plus barrier is one of our most popular traffic barriers on the market, and for good reason. It provides a safe way to protect forklifts or vehicles from pedestrians, as well as building assets, equipment and structures. 

The original TB 400 traffic safety barrier offers a modular construction to economically and safely position barriers wherever needed. Specially designed and rigorously tested, this design ensures assets are protected. As an extension of this design, the TB Plus barrier goes one step further. It adds a double handrail to further optimise an incredible solution. The elevated height of these structurally sound hand barriers provides even more safety without compromising the integrity of the original barrier.
